When I got there it seemed like nobody was around to help. I found two employees and have the peace in my hand and showed them what I needed. I asked both of them if they could help me find it and all they did was look at it and tell me what aisle to try. And both work completely wrong. Then on a hunch I went back to the Appliance section. I still was unable to find the piece I needed. Then I found a gentleman working back there and asked him for help and he finally walked me back to the right section showed me what I needed. He even opened the packaging to make sure that it fit. Now these other people that I asked in the beginning were busy talking to other employees and didn't want to be bothered helping me. I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to do so because this one was such a bad trip. I don't understand why people work there and don't seem to give a damn about helping you? This Home Depot has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I made an expensive purchase…read moreand did curbside pickup. I waited over 30 minutes in my car and nobody ever came out. I finally had to call the store, only to be told that the person handling curbside was "alone at customer service." Meanwhile, I watched multiple employees walking in and out with carts like nothing was going on. When my order finally came out, it wasn't even in a box! Just loose, like some random item thrown together. When I questioned it, the employee tried to lie and say it was a demo. Then changed the story and said "that's just how it comes." They even had the nerve to mark my order as picked up after I rejected it. The ONLY positive was the man actually working at customer service -- he was kind and trying his best. But overall, this location needs serious management attention. Terrible experience.

I was in and out. Overall, this location is well-stocked, well-organized, and the staff here are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the extra drive for me. You have to book an appointment because it can easily take 1-1.5 hours each visit to go through all the options, figure out what follow up measurements are needed, confirmation with contractor etc before placing the order. And she needs time to log all the items for our purchase order. She was patient, helpful and thorough because she wanted to make sure we would be happy with our bathrooms and has the experience to call out what to focus on off the top of her head. And pricing is good - better than online and big box stores - and she didn't want me to blow budget which is appreciated. As someone else here pointed out, then it's take it or leave the date offered. Even the person who directs calls to the correct voice mail sounds put upon. One has to wonder about what's wrong with the company that the staff sounds so out of sorts. There are much better places to go, where the staff is friendly and happy to help you- without an appt.
