Our call was received by a pleasant voice in the office who was able to let us know that they'd be out between 7 and 9 that same day. At 7:20pm we rec'd a call from Jordan, who was 30 minutes out and on his way. When Jordan arrived, he was smiling and ready tackle our problem. Fortunately, it was repairable, and Jordan had the parts on his truck. We had air running before bedtime! We were very impressed with the expertise and customer service that Guardian/Jordan provided. Samantha in the office is great at her job, and their technicians are experienced and highly skilled! I can attest to the fact that owner, Mike Lane, is directly involved with his business, also spends time in the field, and has the customer in mind as his top priority. When I had an issue and questions back in July, Mike personally visited my property to investigate & show me what was going on, and provided me with options. He was able to help us pick the option that we could afford without any high pressure whatsoever. He was able to schedule the crew to come in early on Tuesday and they had our complete HVAC system humming by 1:15PM.
