To their credit, I called them and they agreed to redo the work, but then the Jeep got totaled on a long road trip. Enter the new 4Runner! This time around, I wanted a premium, high quality installation, even if it meant paying a premium price. After checking reviews, I found this location. It looked like a corporate owned shop, and it turned out it actually is. I called for a quote and set up an appointment. Dropping off the truck on the scheduled day was pretty smooth. I already had an idea of how dark I wanted the tint, but I wanted to verify my choices with the front desk rep since she sees these setups every day. She gave me some great advice, so we rolled with it. The entire process from drop off to pick up took about four hours. Because the weather was rainy and cloudy during the first week, I noticed some bubbling early on. However, during the second week, I parked the truck out in the sun, and 90 percent of those bubbles cleared up almost immediately. By the end of week two, they were completely gone. The tint looks flawless now, and you can not even tell there is a layer of film on the glass. I highly recommend XPEL Dallas for window tinting!

The appointment was booked weeks in advance... Additionally, I got debris behind the window tint and that's just what can be seen from sitting in the drivers seat. I haven't even inspected the rest of the windows yet... Just feels crummy to pay so much and not like the results.

I had several issues stemming from work and the cleaner even found where a certain smell was coming from and cleaned it like it was nothing, while not expecting anything back for doing so. I definitely got him on a tip at the end, but you could tell the courtesy and want to go the extra mile was there from the start. Overall, definitely recommend to anyone in the DFW area, especially as they can drive out to you if necessary!

In response to the business reply: PPF failure and rock chip "touch up" can be seen in new photos. I do agree that touch up isn't perfect, but the BEFORE AND AFTER PICS should let you know about their skills. It can be seen that the damage caused is MORE SIGNIFICANT than the rock chip. The clear coat is burned through and repaint is necessary. Update 1 (April 2024): Chris did my ppf and some issues came up with the edges. There were also debris caught in the ppf during installation. There were also knife marks caused during the cutting of the ppf. This can be seen in the pictures as well. Came up with excuses that the film is a new brand. If one can't score the film and not pierce through it and into the clear coat, shouldn't do ppf at all. Update 2 (June 2024): Redid the ppf but edges are still lifting. Ppf failure again...Asked for rock chip repair and he ended up leaving a blob with the clear coat burned through. Attached would be pictures of the rock chip fix and ppf failure. So sick of dealing with this business. A repaint on the hood would cost lots of money at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! It is better to pay more for quality, especially with automotive care.
