Very helpful. Very fast. Very caring. I have ordered several set of business cards and an order of brochures from Biz Card Express. They had the cards the next day. The brochures took several days. However, speed is not their only virtue. They took quite a bit of time to get the brochure the way we wanted it... and that meant several revamps of the mock up. They were always pleasant and accommodating. They even reran the order of brochures because he found a microscopic error (that I never saw) and wanted them to be perfect. Tip: Have a mock up (even hand drawn) and all your copy ready when you talk to them. It will greatly speed up your order when you both can see what you have in mind. It also gives you a starting point and they can suggest tweaks or improvements. read more

I needed copies of a 23 page document; some pages with pictures in color. I found this company through Yelp under 'Copying'. I was greeted by a very nice person who explained they don't normally make copies of documents for customers; they are more involved in business cards. I explained that I found them on Yelp and information there indicated they made photocopies of documents. Andi, a very courteous and accommodating lady that greeted me explained she would do this for me indicating this was an 'exception'. At that time I felt like leaving. But, very politely Andi said she would do them for me. She separated the pages with color photos from the original document which made me very nervous fearing they may get replaced in the wrong places albeit she was very careful and put them back in the right order. The bill was just a little over $32. Everything seemed fine until I got home and realized that pages four and six were missing from all six copies of the original document. I almost took the copies back to have redone but decided to just reprint them myself. The ink and paper type were different but l didn't think it would be noticeable when distributed. I can only give them one star and that Star represents the politeness of Andi. If they don't make copies for their customers it should be noted all throughout their business advertisements. Yelp was where I found them as making photocopies, however, to find out when I arrived that they specialize in only business cards and do not normally make copies of documents for customers' was upsetting. I got the impression they were doing me a favor. There were quite a few customers in and out picking up business cards: my assumption is they do great work with business cards. I do not, however, recommend anyone taking documents there to be photocopied. read more

I went here because as a new business owner it was close, so i gave them a shot.unsure of the process my first set of cards were botched, one error because i was so excited that i didn't proof correctly, the other error was an input mistake of the company.it was a nightmare. Of course i was blamed and they kinda comped me slightly with reprints..Fast forward 3 months..I go back..reorder..proof read and approve draft and no cards!!! I kept calling(ordered on may 22nd) and someone finally told me they were lost!!!!(should receive june 2nd) wtf!!! They offered me a freakin coupon!!! As if i will ever go there again. I intend to report this company as well as spread the word because for a biz card company to make this many errors..maybe they need more training and better communication..(the staff were polite at least) read more

I needed to get some business cards made quickly. Indeed the whole thing took no more than an hour. I ended up with a nice linen stock, was able to spend a few minutes with layout work (I could see he was very knowledgeable on the graphic software) - and done - great price, nice clean printing, good paper stock, helpful service. Established in 1985.

We were born in Daytona Beach. We saw a need for a print shop that could cater to small business owners and treat them to high quality products and services usually reserved for large corporations. We understand the in's and out's of marketing and advertising and use these skills to catapult profits for our clients. The more successful our clients become the more they use us. We have grown to 5 stores throughout Florida and are quickly expanding. We make business owners feel like a "Kid in a candy store!" Not your traditional print shop, we are GREEN, lean, but not mean. We have an eco-friendly environment and treat every customer like gold. Just stop by and see for yourself.
