Walking into the FedEx store in Weston felt like we were entering a final exam we never studied for. My wife had about 47 ideas flying around in her head, I had confusion written all over my face, and somehow we expected miracles to happen. Then enters Kimarrah the customer service superhero we didn't know we needed. This young lady listened patiently while my wife explained her vision, her ideas, her well maybe this no wait maybe THAT moments, and somehow Kimarrah turned all that creative chaos into reality. I was honestly impressed because I would've needed aspirin halfway through the conversation. She was professional, calm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out exactly right. In a world where people are quick to leave bad reviews after one rough moment, I have to say the experience we had was the complete opposite. Maybe some folks were just having a bad day and accidentally took it out on the FedEx employees lol. But from what I witnessed, Kimarrah deserves recognition and honestly probably a raise too. It was an okay experience. I had tried to do a shipping from home, but was not able to find the insurance supplement, so I figured I should go to their office and let them take care of it. So I went to the weston office that was closest to me. Well, at first the price quoted was so expensive (overnight to CA almost $300!) that was nowhere near the prices I had seen online. So I told them this, and they searched for other options, I ended with a land (5-day) driven delivery for $84 that included the insurance and signature. So I was expecting to pay this for a 2-day service so that's why I left doubting that I got the most knowledgeable service, even though it looked like they were trying... oh well! Terrible customer service. The store closes at 7:00. I showed up at 7:03 and was denied service. I do understand that I showed up 3 minutes after they closed but there were 3 other customers in the store, still conducting business. I simply had to slap a label on a box and ship an item that would have taken less than 1 minute to compete the transaction. *** I'm currently writing this review in my car outside of the store and it's now 7:10 and the customers are still in the store. Solid full service fedex. They have a small retail area, the expected shipping services and I recently did my passport photos here. It is on the end of a small commercial building with very limited parking but has never been busy in my experience. read more

Oh boy. The service here sucks. I came in needing help to print out pamphlets in which I was directed to the self service station. That is totally fine however I needed additional assistance because I needed thicker paper to print out the pamphlets, as well as print a poster. The man working there directed me to go online and just make a massive order there and wait for shipping instead of actually helping me print it at that time. It was hard to give even a star, this place is very unprofessional and unaccommodating unlike the other Fed Ex ship centers I have used in the past. I stood in front of the shipping desk for over a minute with a very large box in my arms and with three women not even taking a second to look at me and ask what I wanted, when I approached the rear desk they told me to go back to the front and then proceeded to tell me that my box needed filler and had to be cut down without even seeing the contents. After trying to tell them that the box was sent like this through another fed ex facility they still proceeded to try to get me to get custom packaging until they figured it was next day prepaid. The final straw came with the teeth sucking and passing of my receipt as I stood there for about 3 minutes, I'm sorry I was an inconvenience to your horrible service. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The employees are VERY unprofessional, don't care and SLOW. Everything is expensive and they charge for every little thing that doesn't make any sense. Made me wait over 30 minutes to get helped for a refund of a printed document and the manager was even there doing nothing but didn't try to help me. DON'T go if you can avoid it. read more

This location is horrible for a "quick drop off ". They never have the shipping supplies out (ie the plastic pouches for labels) therefore have to stand in a 10-15 minute long line just to drop off. This location would be so convenient since it's 2 minutes from my house, but now I'll avoid it unless desperate. read more

Visited the store to make 1 color print off a usb drive for a school project. I tried 2 do it yourself machines. Neither was working properly. Neither was the photo printer. I asked for help. They offered to allow me to pay by the minute to use their computer which didn't make sense considering I already had the file. Or offered to print me the one one page for $5. I've been using the FedEx Store on Weston Road on a regular basis using my corporate account worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to FedEx. They eliminated the Air Billing Form and implemented a small note pad to write the To and From information. I stopped by the store to pick up a pad of those small sheets and envelopes to fill out the forms and prepare the envelopes at home and save myself some precious time. The young man at the counter, let's call him "Kent", asked me how many packages I would be shipping this time and said he could only give me one for each package. I explained to him the reason and ask him to reconsidered and he firmly refuse to give me additional forms or envelopes. I don't think is his fault but of management who thinks that by counting little 2" x 3" pieces of paper can save them money. I am never going back to that store and give them a 1 start rating which, in my opinion, is 1 Start too many. Save yourself some time and go to another shipping store. read more

if I could I would give them 0 stars! I have come here a few times to make do it yourself copies and that has always been fine. But then I sent a few jobs directly for them to print using the FedEx online website. It should be great, as you can proof and set up and pay and send your whole document or project online. But then when you walk into this location to pick up your item, it takes forever! First off, when you walk up to the counter, no one even looks in your direction. There is no greeting, there is no explanation of what they're doing and when they might be able to help you. then even if they see you, there is still no urgency whatsoever that they come over and see what you need or even let you know when they might be able to help you. Slow as molasses and zero customer service skills. So what should take 30 seconds to come in and pick up something, which you know is ready and has already been paid for, takes a very long time. read more
