She told me "Nobody does it this way they already have the QR code ready." She was irritated like it's the DMV. I gave it 2 stars because she did put the box in a bag at end. I've had a horrible experience with one of the managers here. The online stock said a game was in…read morestock but the manager just refused to go in the back to grab the game. He proceeds to lie and tells me he sold multiple copies the day before. I dont get the embellishing part? There was only one copy of the game they brought out for me and it was still in stock but this weird man on a power trip just wouldn't get the game for me. He was obviously upset because he was called over from the shipping department. They also deal with alot of crap from Karen's and actual crazy people. I also haven't seen pants on fire manager in a while. I've witnessed alot of towing here but they seem warranted if you park here and run over to the next door plaza. It's kind of a regular occurrence, already seen 3 towing on seperate occasions.
