No issues with service but the prices are even higher ($10 per item, some were $12) than the "other" Doylestown cleaner I use. I gave them a try and I am glad they are close by (closed on Sundays) ut I am sticking with "that other place". I had 5 items cleaned and came to $51. Wow. read more

I used Signature Cleaners for the very first time this week when my son needed his suit dry cleaned for an event at school and we needed it in less than 3 days. I'd heard good things, so I figured let's give them a try and, boy, I'm so glad I did! Mark was the gentleman who greeted me at the counter and he said he could have the suit ready in 2 days and would call or email me to notify me when it's done- I thought he was joking. I mean, the place is PAKED with racks and racks of clothes. So, who has time to call or email someone to tell them when a garment is ready? I never heard of such a thing. Well, wouldn't you know it, the very NEXT DAY, I got an email from Signature Dry Cleaners advising me that my son's suit was ready! That's a full day earlier than expected! AMAZING! And I was a first time customer...no repeat business...no big spender. No real excuse for anyone to be nice to me and that's what makes Signature Cleaners a 5 star place in my opinion. Outstanding customer service. Owner dropped my jacket off at my house after he closed one afternoon, so I could have the jacket in time for a funeral the next morning. Never had service like that before. They send emails when your stuff is ready. Also, the work is impeccable. I had some alien goo on a garment. I don't know whether it was from an old Tastykake cream pie or pasta fazool. But they got it cleaner than new, and the garment looked great. Highly recommended. read more

My items took 4 days to be ready, so I'm not sure why they have a 'same day service' sign in their window. Furthermore, there is a reason they don't advertise their prices. This place is a rip-off and tried to claim that is costs more to press a garment than dry clean it. I have had items both steamed/pressed and dry cleaned in Manhattan for cheaper than this place. Go somewhere else if you want honest prices. For reference, it was over $5 to steam a tie. I had four suits dry cleaned and they charged me over $90. read more

For the solely price conscious, "RUN!!!!" The prices are ridiculously high. Even so, I was a willing customer for years because of the quality. Then something changed. I have asked to NOT have delivery when I was out of town for business-- they delivered my entire winter wardrobe to my porch on an extremely rainy day so it could sit overnight. It took THREE tries to get a blouse hem fixed. Forget stains-- they specialize in setting them. I have pointed out stains to the desk people and they look blankly and dump my items in the bin. Of course they don't address the stains because there is never a notice that they tried only the evidence that they failed and made them permanent. And when I brought these experiences to their attention-- nothing-- nothing but a stunned -- oh. Inattentive overpriced blunderers. read more

I rarely write reviews but I am ticked. They shrunk a favorite garment of mine so it's ruined and I can no longer wear it. When I returned the first time to inform them of their error, they said "Leave it here and we'll see what we can do." I thought that's strange, what are they going to do, stretch it?? I asked and they said that they had a "few things they could try". Picked it up after they tried, drive home to try it on and it's definitely not fixed - still completely shrunk. I don't think all reviews should necessarily be based on the performance of their actual business. I am certain they are wonderful dry cleaners. However, their delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. I am absolutely fed up with having them come into my neighborhood going so fast that I'm surprised they're not on two wheels going around the corner. I love that they probably guarantee their customers fast delivery and pick up, however it shouldn't be at the cost of someone's life. One day while the kids were all waiting for the school bus signature cleaners came around the corner so fast that if they're just happened to be a child walking across the street (and at that time there usually is) there's absolutely no way that they would not have been killed and there is no way that he could've stopped on time. Several of us called him to complain that day and he promised he wouldn't do it again. However just this morning I witnessed him barreling through the neighborhood to stop at my neighbor's house not even noticing that my son was trying to back out of the driveway . My next step signature cleaners is contacting the police so they can wait here for you the next time you come into our neighborhood in addition to that I will talk to all of our neighbors about whether it's worth our children's lives for your prompt delivery and pick up. You were called and asked nicely to slow down, and you ignored us. read more

I sent a shirt, via their pick up and drop off service, missing a button and forgot to add a note in the bag to repair.
