Honestly this man tone and demeanor is nasty. When Running a business sometimes the client make mistakes but as an owner you should be a bit lenient especially if the client is apologizing . I sent a flyer to be printed and I told him the wrong size. I got there and I immediately told him "oh no I wanted this smaller" he proceeded to tell me "this is what you told me, how are you a business owner and you don't know what an 8.5 x 10 is" I found that comment to be very rude. It was an honest mistake , I told him he should not talk to his client like that and he told me I don't have to pay but he will not be doing future work with me. This WAS MY FIRST TIME!!! I was really looking forward to working with a local printing. I asked "do I have to pay for it ?" I did not say " I'm not paying for it" You reply "you don't pay for it but I'm not doing any future job for you" You could've easily said " I will reprint the correct size but it will not be the same amount I were told before" Instead of going back and forth , come up with a solution with the client, you don't know who I would've referred to your business. It was my mistake telling you the wrong size but mistakes happen I was still willing to pay whatever price but for THE RIGHT thing. The way you were going back and forward and not willing to help made this experience unpleasant. read more

Thank goodness for my fellow Yelpers in Florida. I found the Printing Planet on Yelp.com and they had 5 star reviews so I sent them a poster to print and deliver to a local hotel. I felt comfortable using them because of their great reviews even though the cost was a little high and they did not disappoint. My poster turned out great and arrived on time. My client asked if the poster could be shipped back to New Jersey after it's single use but the Printing Planet was not able to accommodate. Like to do business with small self owned business. Saw on Yelp. Liked fact on Hartison Street in Hollywood. Called three times, left message, no return call. Drove to business to confirm still in business. Confirmed hours. Paid for parking. Came at 3pm, saw paper sign will be back at 2pm. Asked art shop next door.
