This is a complaint for not receiving the service I paid for. Standard Overnight Saturday delivery…read more I dropped off the package Noon on Friday paid $57 for Saturday by 5p delivery. Package wasn't received until the following Monday evening. I went in and the manager said I had to go through Customer Service online/phone and this turned out to be a nightmare - I tried on multiple days for over a week after the package was delivered to get a refund/discount. I finally reached a manager who told me I had to wait until the their accounting showed payment was received. I waited longer and now get a new message after I tried to apply for a billing adjustment. That the package was delivered over 15 days ago and not eligible for a refund. I am just exhausted by this process. I will just use the post office or UPS or LoneStar overnight from here on out. Please educate yourself about their refund process and know it is truly difficult to get your money back.

Brought in 3 court affidavits over 100 pages worth to make 4 copies of, upon getting home and…read moremailing one of the copies of each affidavits to the courts, I noticed several pages of each affidavit were missing. I called and asked for a refund considering how important these documents were, the lady offered half of full refund. I told her if they could give me a full refund it would be greatly appreciated, upon speaking to the owner he told her no refunds and can come buy more copies if I want. Terrible ownership. Will never be back. Don't come here if you have anything important to copy.

Four young men and two 26' trucks showed up right on time and worked nonstop at an extremely rapid pace to load up extremely heavy furniture and oversized belongings in 3-4 hours (including elevator time) . When they got to the new home, it was about half the time to unload, hook up appliances, and rearrange furniture I requested a couple of times. He was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately with the proof he printed it did not show how it would look after it was actually cut. It looked terrible after cutting, which could have been fixed had the associate contacted me for a new file when he first discovered it cut off the wording. Since I signed off on the uncut proof I had no other choice but to accept the product with no reprint with corrections. Learned a hard lesson and will no longer be having printing done here.

Special kudos to Deb for helping make this shipment possible. I had driven over two hours to pick up my product to have it shipped. They did not have the proper box size to accomodate my product, so she suggested a frankenbox, which I did not even know was a thing. Deb assisted me with packing the product and custom make a box for my product to fit in. On top of that, Deb even helped ensure that the fragile product was not only wrapped and packaged tightly for safety, but that the frankenbox itself was properly taped and secured.
