Break away from the big chain shipping stores and come visit this location. The lady at the counter was so kind and helpful. Very talkative, laughing and conversing, it made a very pleasant experience. We had two large UPS boxes to ship out that were pre labeled, took them without issue. I rarely write reviews, but in a world that has terrible customer service now pretty much everywhere , it's nice when you see the opposite. Luera (?) open the door when they were already closed because she saw me trying to open the door. Walk back to my truck in she yelled out the door she would still help me. Stayed after their closing time and help me with a package and spent time doing so. Very nice and very appreciated. The world would be a much nicer and less angrier place if there were more people like this, who cared at least 10% about their job. Because of her you got my business if I ever need anything like that again. Great job ! read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. They charged us 43.00 to send a fax that never went through and said they voided the transaction. we waited 2 weeks to get our money credited back to our bank and no credit!. called back up there and the employee was so rude and told us to take it up with out bank/credit union! I will never do business here again. we went down the street and sent the same fax for 38,00. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

This is the best place to mail your packages and a great alternative to the PO. These ladies are super friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to help you. They've carried boxes to and from my car, Wade packages even if I didn't use them. I highly recommend this place. They are the new owners. I have been in here a hundred times, this guy takes all the time necessary with each customer and if I happen to be the one who is waiting while he helps someone, I just think about how he is handling that little older lady or that grandad the way I'd demand someone handle mine. I shipped a neon sign with Eagle Postal on Sep 15th & paid $175 for packing & boxing, insurance & postage. My $500 sign was broken during shipping & now nearly 5 months later I still have not received any money from them. In this 5 months I've delt with three different people who all promise me money but no one has paid. I also had to ship a replacement with Cleburne Shipping & they only charged $125 for the same sign & got it there safely. I've been lied to, they once told me Fed Ex wouldn't accept paypal or eBay receipts so I called Fed Ex to find out that was a lie! It's a shame when you over pay for a service & they still can't get the job performed. I sell on eBay & if I took a month to refund someone's money I would have negative feedback & they would suspend my account! DO NOT USE THIS EAGLE POSTAL!!!! read more
