I came to Steve and PrintingTheStuff after being exhausted from my old printer in New York. I was looking to get my; self-painted bookmarks printed. It was wonderful experience printing with them. Steve has been very helpful and polite to me all the times. Though I was terrible at designing and asked him for changes for about 20 times. He was not just tolerable and polite but was extremely intelligent and helpful too. He have re-done all of my design and that was very quick and smart. I was relied after having done my art set out for printing. The quality of bookmarks was great and turnaround was really fast. I distributed them to kids on school festo and they loved the design and it's velvet finish and gold foil. The Unicorn's really look magical with that paint. If you need to print something I suggest go here it small printer but they do things with passion and customer services is remarkable, great prices and comfort of printing. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to print something. For some reason they missed punching holes on top of bookmarks as it was part of order, I called them today to have it fixed they could not fix it on same day so i had to find someone else to punch holes, They refunded $40 back. I placed an order through their canadian site and got sent a paypal link in USD. I paid the order in CAD, and then noticed that the email attached to the PayPal Account is listed as being outside of the US, even though they are now stating that they are a US company. They emailed me back saying they would like me to send $85 more dollars canadian, and I told them I wouldn't as I thought I was being quoted in Canadian dollars. Steve then emailed me back stating they would honor the $265 price in canadian dollars, and then I replied back that I would like to cancel the whole order less then 3 hours later. Steve then told me that it was in production and that I would pay 50% to cancel the order, even though we never came to an agreement on payment terms. After going back and forth fruitlessly, I attempted to get a hold of a manager or a customer service representative. Please see the chat log below. BUYER BEWARE VERY DISHONEST COMPANY DO NOT USE.. I was looking for presentation folder for my company. I found this company on the internet. I put all the info I needed to order 3000 folders in there website. The price came up as $1814.18. I contact the company to find out how to send the design for the folder and to ask about if I needed to pick it up in Vancouver to save on shipping. I told Steve Davis what I needed. He came back and said that it would cost $3288.21 + HST for the folders. I said it was cheaper online and he said that it was probably a online special. I had saved the order for $1814.18 on my computer and put it through. They charged my credit card 2050.03 that included HST. The order was on hold so I contacted the company and they said there was a security breach at PayPal and the order was cancelled. He said that I could place an order again. This time the price came up to $3288.21 not including HST, with the exact information. I contacted the company and they said they would not honor that price because it had expired. I contacted PayPal and they said there was no security breach and the company had forced a refund. I have all the documentation if any one wants to see them. read more

Hi, I'm new to Yelp. I just made an account right now because I am very angry and disappointed in this company. I wish Yelp allowed me to give 0 stars because even 1 star is 1 star too many. If you are looking for someone to help you print custom cut stickers that haven't jagged edges and is sloppily done, on top of terrible customer service and disgusting packaged goods, then this is what you should go for. Let me first tell you guys why I picked this place so you will not fall into the same trap and predicament I'm currently in. I thought this place was wonderful since their website looked detailed and the person who gave price quotes responded super quickly. I was in need of a few thousand customized stickers and so the first company that called me back with a reasonable price (this one was about 14 cents a sticker for me) got my business. I placed my order after discussing with a guy named Steve. He was the person I got the initial call from, the guy who gave me a price quote as well as the customer service guy when I finally got the stickers and saw a problem. This already tell me how sketchy this place is. It's a one-man company where the business is "located" in 3 different offices in North America. Why do I have quotations around "located"? I went to complain in person but to my surprise, the office is non-existent. Their Broadway location is listed as 128 E Broadway but when I got there, it turns out that it's a Post Office. Really now? I'm so angry. I came all the way from college 4 hours away to pick these up to be given out over the weekend, but this is what I came home to. The stickers are gross. The print job was smudged on 10-12% of my total order, and some didn't even fall within the bleed!! The cut job was also unbelievably disgusting. A 6 year old could use Paint and outline a better bleed than that. I had custom cut made to round out around a 4 word phrase but it came out with a couple of really bad 90-degree angles and unevenly cut. Seriously ruined my plans. I wasted time, money, effort, gas for this. Do not even CONTEMPLATE doing business with them. Even as I called just now, the same guy picked up with their various phone numbers and eventually hung up on me and proceeded to let me go to voicemail. This place is sketchy. Frankly I am made to believe it's just a fake business, covering up to do some other sketchy things. I will never again go back to this place. No one should suffer like my team and I did. read more

It was last week when I was looking to get some die-cut stickers done urgently for our annual presentation on behavior. We had seventeen schools coming on that day and about three hundred children. I work as an assistant with behavior management group and we wanted to print our seven behavior group stickers all die-cut. I had to write a review, I'm writing in regards to this company as i used what i thought was the Toronto location but as i can see its 1 guy - Steve - and as well the address on the Canadian website is actually a dentist. I ordered a three piece invitation set from this company that had silver foil printed on them. Steve assured me the foil printing would be a crisp print job and the paper being used was the one from his website that i sent a picture of. When i received the product the quality was not even close to being acceptable, and I could not give these products to my customer. If you look at the invitations, it is very noticable that the foil didn't print or it chipped off in many places, it also is not crisp the foil spreads outside of the print areas. As well the paper used was nothing like the picture from his website that i sent Steve I asked Steve if he can fix this problem and he refuses to even aknowledge that the quality of this product is not good. I sent him many pictures, he than told me it is probably just the first invitation on the top and the rest are fine, so I sent him another picture wiht a bunch of invitations in the same image. Steve than told me he has checked everything on his end and the their is no issues with the product. His emails are really rude as well, ive been polite and calm because i want the best outcome but his responses are bizarre and sketchy. For example: Steve wrote: Thank You for your criticism and yes we cannot offer you refund. And our customer care is better there is no problem in it, if you want me cut my belly and give it to you and we say we cannot do it and you expect this is not better customer care then it is just a matter is unrealistic thinking I wrote: Steve, if you cant give me a refund or partial refund please let me know. I think your company did not meet the expectations of what was promised. The quality of the invitations are not acceptable and foil is not crisp as you said in your previous email. Do not order from this company. This company is located in Pakistan, not NYC. They charged me $100 and never actually delivered 100 stickers I had ordered for a Tuesday event, until Weds, after the event that they were needed for. They claimed that there was a delivery attempt, but nobody contacted me to say that delivery failed (I also have a full staff in my building lobby to accept packages, so its not possible they missed them). The company refuses to reimburse me or take any responsibility. Stickers arrived smelling of smoke, and they're uneven and on faded yellow paper. Terrible quality, no customer service. read more
