Good and efficient. I have worked on 2 projects with them and they have all gone well.

2 stars is being generous. My first order a few months back was a good experience. Their proof review system is still pretty dated, it involves uploading your file, they create a proof, send you a link to review, then you acknowledge. Newer competitors are populating the proofs immediately and cutting days out the cycle. My last order arrived late Friday evening and we noticed a pretty glaring error in the printing. I checked out artwork and did not see it there. Emailed my rep, got a generic out of office response. They are closed over the weekend, so we were contacted Monday. They started an investigation and found it was their fault. I was called back later that day and they offered to reprint, but it would take a full week for my replacement catalogs to arrive. I asked for a refund, and a call tag to send the product bag. Their CSR's need to take a page out of the Chic FIL A methods and maybe not be so acidic in their communications. I ordered from a competitor with a much more streamlined system, the prints arrived in 3 days. You would think they would have at least made a half hearted attempt to get them to me sooner. I thoroughly look forward to never working with Printing Center USA ever again. read more

We just got our catalogs for 2020, they came from Ohio - even though we ordered them from a Montana company ? interesting, I probably could have just gone direct to the printer and saved a bunch of money. Also, we have a Fed ex account and it would have been nice to use it as it would have saved us over $300 in shipping. They do look nice, but if the president finds out that we have some spelling and errors that were our fault, someone may lose there job if we have to spend anther $12k + freight to redo....After spending over $12k, we should have quoted it from a local printer. Disappointed with quality of service and processing time.

I've been using Printing Center USA for over 10 years. While they aren't always perfect (one time they made a major mistake) for the most part they are great. Make sure you work with Reid or Melissa, they are both great and service-oriented. I wasn't too happy with Kevin's manner and asked to be switched back to Reid ASAP after talking with the owner. Mary is pretty much a robot and should get a "friendly app" download put into her memory banks somewhere to learn how to deal with actual human beings. They should not let her deal with customers, she's terrible at it. The printing quality is easily as good as any pro printer I've used, but get used to the limited paper types and weights as you aren't going to have the selection you would using a top-shelf printer. They have what they have and you have to work with it. Sending files in is a breeze. The whole "proof" business is more or less a check to see that the file isn't partially gone or damaged somewhere because it looks exactly like what you send except for crop and printing marks. Also, you can check for folds this way. For a bit more, you can get an actual proof, but it's not a press proof, just a color print out that is supposedly calibrated to the presses. They don't gang run jobs like a lot of the larger online printers, each one is on the press by itself. The one time they did make a big mistake, they took very good care of me and I dealt with the owner one-on-one which made me feel a lot better about coming back. I almost lost my largest client and they helped me gain them back by giving me a two-day turn-around and getting the job re-done so it was right. Not many printers online are going to be that good about things and give you a personal service like that. In a world where now quality is job 30 instead of 1, Printing Center USA is about the best out there. Ask for Reid. read more

The company I work for was looking for a new printer to print our yearly catalog for us. I did a Google search and found Printing Center USA. I was impressed by the quote I received and decided to give them a try. Once the job was approved the printing process didn't take too long. We received the catalogs within 7 business days. My managers and I were impressed with the print quality, price, and service. Kevin was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and made the process so much easier. I could not be happier with the calendars I had made through Priningcenterusa.com. I had them made for a non profit horse rescue and the price and quality were amazing. I also used their design support (I think it was an extra $60 bucks) Boy was I glad I did. I didn't request a printers proof (Someone mentioned that this was a good idea after I ordered) so I was really nervous about how they were going to look. The price was so cheap that I was kicking myself, just sure that they were going to look like cheap, giveaway calendars and we planned to sell these to raise funds for our rescue. I was shocked when they arrived because they looked incredible! I can't remember if I have ever left a review for a company before, but I am happy to do so for this company. read more

I was working with this company to have some items printed for a club and they said they would work with us on perfecting a design, never emailed any images if said design, then stopped all contact after getting 2 weeks into the process. I do not recommend them. read more

My fundraising team at work decided that for our next fundraiser we wanted to sell calendars created by our staff, with all proceeds going towards a charity organization. When I came across printingcenterusa, I called to see how it would work and what the pricing would be to do one order with several calendar designs because we were operating under a very limited budget and pricing was very important to us. I was told by an employee that in order to simply pay for one order with multiple calendar designs (instead of a separate order for each design), all I had to do was place the one order and in the comments section specify the quantity I wanted for each design. Based on this information, I decided to go ahead and use printingcenterusa to create our calendars and spent hours of company time and money designing six different calendars. While placing the order, I spoke to Mike about questions I had and reiterated that I was going to be placing one order with six different calendars, each of which would have a different quantity. Mike did not say that this was not possible and told me to write this information in the comments section and add that I would like a customer service rep to call me. I followed these instructions and a few hours later received a call saying that the calendars would have to be priced separately, bringing the total cost to over $750 instead of roughly $300. I then spoke to the owner of Printing Center USA, Craig, and was shocked by the way he treated me when I explained what had happened. He did not validate the fact that we had lost a lot of time and money based on the false information that his employee had given me. Instead he said that he looked through the calendars and felt like they could be combined into two (instead of 6), which I thought was very strange and inappropriate because it's not up to him to decide whether 48 of our photos could be cut out, and it also disregarded all the effort that had gone into making all six. He got really defensive and argumentative and told me that I was lying about what I had been told because he "spoke to his staff and all of them said that they wouldn't tell me that." So, I would highly advise against using printingcenterusa, a company that not only gave me false information, but didn't take responsibility for their mistake and instead turned against the customer and accused me of lying. My Fundraising Project was just trying to do something nice and raise money for a charity in a fun way, and to end up being treated with such disrespect and lack of professionalism is very sad. I recommend using instead a company like SMARTPRESS, which has good prices for several calendar designs and great customer service! read more

For the price, Printing Center USA provides a good quality product. It is important to be vigilant about emails, as the chain of communication is sometimes inconsistent, but the team seem anxious to provide good customer service. Phoning can be a way around this if emails go astray. Overall, a pretty solid experience. read more

I did my first (and definitely not last!) piece of business with them recently. Not only were their prices fair and reasonable, but their service was absolutely outstanding. They were totally responsive to my needs, happy and willing to tailor things for us, and always responded promptly to emails. Unlike many other printing establishments, they did not try to use every minor change as an excuse to charge more. I made a mistake uploading my file & contacted support at (what I didn't realize) was an after hours number. Someone actually *answered* and *took a message*. Then, someone else actually called me back. On a weekend. I nearly died. I was given a link to send a new file. I can almost guarantee that anywhere else this would have delayed my order but Printing Center USA actually delivered BEFORE expected.
