I used MGX to print a music workbook I created. I have since ordered a second printing from them. First - reasonable prices and lots of printing options. Second - Great personal attention to my print job. They looked over everything so in depth before printing to ensure everything is how you want it. The questions were not a set list of questions; however, they were personally for my print job. They send you a proof which replicates how your print will look, even taking into account color differences from screen to paper. If things are not to your liking, you can fix the items and re-upload the file prior to printing. Third - Great customer service. With my second print, there was an error on a couple of pages. The proof they sent me was correct; however, something went wrong when printing. I was initially concerned because I had ordered 20 copies of a 100 page color book on heavy paper with binding and a cover. When contacting them about the problem they were concerned about my project and were quick to resolve the issue. They paid for shipping the other books back, offered to get the new batch to me quicker than the normal print time, and followed up after the books were sent to ensure everything s they should be. Lastly, you will feel like you are having face to face contact with the employees as they pay so much attention to detail and your project. I placed an order for posters at around 5:00 am and by 9:00 I had an email from an incredibly competent representative. I was given a template with easy-to-understand instructions and a series of helpful recommendations for how to best present my material. It was clear that the gentleman who e-mailed me had looked over my order personally (in spite of the fact that it was a tiny order - less than $15.00) and was interested in making sure that I was happy with the services provided. When I called the company the young man who answered the phone was the same one who had e-mailed me; he allowed me to change my order without having to cancel the first one, told me exactly what I needed to do in order to have my files printed properly, and sent back a confirmation e-mail about all of this within another hour. I have used several different internet printing companies, and have been impressed with each one of them for a variety of reasons. This is my first time writing a review and my first time using MGX Copy. My experience with them initially started off a little rocky... I needed to get some professional booklets made for my business however, in order for MGX to print them for me, I'd need to email them a file already in the proper format and layout, ready for print. Well, my file wasn't setup properly and I couldn't just go in the store and get one on one help because I live in LA.. If there were 10 stars, I would ask for more! I wrote a 125 page family journal and needed a professionally bound booklet. I was concerned about the file size and borders. I don't usually use services I find online, but after having Office Depot print out my first draft, I could see that I needed it professionally printed and bound. I googled "self-publishing" and found MGXCopy. Although skeptical, I made a phone call. My first contact was with JR, who was extremely helpful and answered all of my "silly" questions in a caring, professional manner. After I had completed the final draft, I sent it to them, through their website. Before they printed it, I received a phone call regarding borders and the hole punches for the coil binding. When I received the finished product, I was overwhelmed by the workmanship. I've used MGXcopy.com twice now and plan to use them again next month. Not only is the quality absolutely wonderful, they make sure you have your print publications when you order them to be delivered...even earlier. They prices beat other printing companies for similar publications at least by half the price. My representative contacted me to say they had an issue with a printer and asked if it was possible to deliver my booklets a day later. Since I needed them for an event and it wasn't timely to receive them the following day, I wasn't able to be flexible. Chris made sure I had them on time.
