I wanted to take the time to share my experiences with the Print Place. I am the owner of Swihart Art, a design firm out of PA. As all designers know, things get crazy and last minute requests are the norm. I've done business with the Print Place for 4 years or so and after 50+ jobs I have never been let down on a deadline or a shipped to the wrong address etc.... I had 1 job that I made a mistake in color and the client wanted a reprint. I called to discuss the issue and their graphic artist took the time to review things and they even absorbed 1/2 cost of the reprint even though it was on my end! He went as far as to NEXT DAY me an epson proof free of charge. Now that's customer service!! Today I had a client call and show me a different website with lower pricing on a catalog we are about to print. I checked it out, called the Print Place and showed them the site and they matched the price on the spot after reviewing the details with me. In short.....4 years....NO PROBLEMS (this is gold when you're shipping a variety of promo materials to trade shows all over the country. Things arrive on time....my client is happy, all is well.) ....Great customer service. I've made mistakes ordering and called and problem fixed in 5 minutes or less. Speaking of that, I've never waited longer than a minute to reach someone when I call. I highly recommend them. You can see what your order will look like before you actually have to pay and confirm. Another company you have to create the artwork first then go through the ordering system. But with Print Place, if you are a company first comparing pricing/options for clients, you're not looking for artwork, you want to see options and pricing as quickly as possible. If you're concerned about printing quality, just get the free sample packet, Print Place mails it out to you for free, and you have a nice pack to keep on hand that shows quite a few different paper, colors, and applications. I keep the pack right by my desk. The other thing that's really great about Print Place is their White Label option. If a client wants a printing, I can quickly put in the values, get a quote over to them, and then finish up the actual order later when I have the graphics done. It's great to have my name on the printing and I can even get samples sent back to me if I want to keep a few brochures of what I've done. It's so helpful to be able to tell the client, "You need it this week? Sure! I can do that." Of course there is quite a fee for overnight shipping and same day / next day turnaround, but the option is there when you need it! And I've used that option quite a few times. Always google "Print Place coupon" in another browser tab before clicking the final submit button on your order. I found I can get $20-40 off just by applying a current coupon. read more

I am the owner of a small multilingual design and PR firm. Recently we placed an order for 5,000 business cards for one of our restaurant clients. I have to say our order is not a big order. The first thing I was impressed was the competitive prices Print Place offer. They are excellent. Since printing was knew to me and the client, I had lots of questions to ask. All the representatives at Print Place I spoke to were friendly, informative and professional. Imagine my reaction when I asked for some sample business cards, the cards were shipped to me overnight! Due to my misunderstanding, I thought five business days included both production and shipping which in fact included production only. Knowing our client was in urgent need of the business cards, I called Print Place for help. Print Place immediately upgraded our order so that we could receive the order in 5 business days. However, due to another misunderstanding by our designer, the scheduled shipping was one day behind. I contacted Print Place again expressing my concern and wish. I could hardly believe what Print Place was telling me on the phone: "We will reprint your cards and deliver them to you via overnight shipping". We received our order the next day at 10:00am! Talking about Superb Customer Service! Print Place has absolutely won our hearts. We will definitely come back to Print Place whenever needs arise. read more

I was surprised at the review rating on here (which I saw AFTER I ordered of course, so I was a bit nervous to receive my "same day shipping" brochures), but when all 500 came right on time the next morning, perfectly printed and aligned, color dead on, great paper stock, etc... I felt compelled to write on their behalf. This was my first order through them, and only because we needed a last minute order and they offer literally an "at your doorstep" option in less than 24 hrs. It got pricey to do so, but I found tons on online (and valid!) coupon codes that cut it down to reasonable ($93 off!). My upload experience was similar to another review on here (thumbnail was distorted color wise), but I used their online chat thingy and talked to, *gasp!* a REAL person who helped me through step-by-step options for viewing and downloading the proof in different ways until I was comfortable with the result. That was the only glitch. Other than that, everything went perfectly (and even then- printing and bleeds and templates, yadda yadda, are a pain- slight bumps in the road are something I expect with every print shop at this point, so not worried there). They were fabulous- I WILL use them again, happily. Seems like they've ironed out the kinks over the years so I'll gladly take advantage of that :-) haha! Happy Printing everyone! read more

I work with 3 different non-profit agencies and have utilized Print Place on several occasions for special printing requests. Each time they have gone above and beyond to help me fix my artwork - I am not a pro at this by any stretch - and make sure that my products were the best they could possibly be. They have printed postcards, invitations, brochures and other marketing goods and each time customer service has been outstanding, print quality was perfection, and turn around time was much faster than I anticipated. One incident I had with a product needed almost immediate delivery, not only did they get my order completed fast, but customer service contacted the driver on the delivery truck and gave me a specific time when I could expect my delivery. You just don't get that level of customer service these days on a regular basis from most companies, but this seems to be the norm for Print Place. Since I began using Print Place, the state level office for one of the organizations for which I volunteer, has also begun using them and also loves the quality, the product, and the customer service, and the pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend these folks, and tell all my friends, colleagues and charity contacts about them as often as possible. read more

I found these awesome people online while looking for a place to print stickers for me at a reasonable price, I screwed up my order, being new to this whole thing, I accidentally ordered 500 little squares instead of stickers, I called and spoke with Mark, who was extremely helpful, understanding and offered to do the order over for me at a discounted price, and of course I screwed that up, my next form of contact was "live chat", where I dealt with Dennis, who again was super helpful and very nice he even stayed on the chat with me until I was sure I had done the reorder correctly this time. then it came time to approve my order and once again with my expert skills, I loaded my file wrong, so I called again this time I spoke to Kimberly, who was also very nice and very helpful, she spoke to the proper people, and let them know what was happening and they fixed my logo for me, and got the proof back to me before I could even hang up the phone! The customer service at this company is 100% outstanding, I am very pleased with the way they handled my whole situation and I cant wait to get my stickers!! Thank you all SO much!! Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I paid for expedited production and shipping and should have had in hand within 3 days (spoke to support and they confirmed this was possible). It took over 2 weeks to receive. When working with support, they would flat out lie. Multiple times told they were done and waiting for shipping only to be told by the next person that they were just getting processed. Spoke to multiple managers and given an array of excuses. They seemed much more interested in canceling the order than helping find and ship it. I have 3 pending emails to the manager I spoke with, that told me it was done and ready for shipping, that he just won't respond to or acknowledge. Overall a terrible experience and I would recommend with going to any other online printing company. Print place cost us money but more importantly our reputation with clients. Also, I typically refrain from leaving reviews, especially negative ones (I'm a small business owner myself), but received this as an automated email request that said feedback is important. I bought 6000 5x8 double sided color cards and I got exactly what I needed for a great price. I was able to pick them up in person, but I would gladly pay them for shipping if I had to. If you want to have a good experience buying from them, you should call them RIGHT AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK so that you can get it approved for production. This way, they can let you know if your artwork has problems, such as low-resolution images or bleed zone/margin errors. Without calling in, these problems will likely delay your order. If you call in, you can fix them and resubmit (or approve, choosing to ignore the problems) and push it through to production. During this process, their customer service was very informative and patient with me. They had me correct my artwork 3-4 times before the final approval. I am glad they did because had they not, I would have ended up with some pixelated images and text (I did not notice them without the help of Printplace). Now I have a 6000 prints that look darn near perfect. Overall great quality, great price, great customer service. read more

I ordered a few different things from Print Place including brochures and flyers. It is extremely weird, not to mention annoying, that they make you pay before you can upload your artwork. I was really frustrated because after dropping several hundred dollars, my artwork didn't work. The only problem with the artwork was the bleed line. I called in and they would not fix it for me, or they would for a fee of $25. I had to send it back to a graphic designer to get it fixed. You would think after many orders that they would try and help me out, but no. They also forgot an order of mine. It got lost somewhere in the mix and they never sent it to me, and they never even noticed. I had to call in and find out what happened to the order. On top of this, I had paid to expedite the order, and they refused to refund me any money even though they forgot to rush my order, and forgot my order altogether. All in all, I have had only negative experiences with print place. After my order comes in, I will not be using them again. read more

I have used PrintPlace.com for several print jobs, recently and in the last few years. Their prices were better than any I found. They do good work, and their customer service is outstanding! I am perplexed by the other reviewers bad opinion of the customer service. Several times they have helped me get the quality of my uploaded artwork up to par for commercial printing. One of the times I just paid a file repair fee and they cleaned up my uploaded work and improved it so my final product was professional quality. Over the phone they are extremely helpful, for both proofing issues and mailing inquiries. I am very grateful for their "standard" art check which helped me to catch a few "eye sores" in my publication that I otherwise would have had to deal with for a few thousand printed pieces. I am not certain other companies would be so diligent in catching the little artwork issues. THANKS TO THEM my printed materials are high quality and professional. read more

PrintPlace is the absolute best from service to product quality. They don't advertise as heavy as some other online print stores, but don't be fooled--instead they put their energy into their product. I've been using them since I first started my company and I very truly consider them a partner in my success. Unlike some other places, they actually have an art department that gives great advice and will steer you in the right direction and answer any questions you have in detail. The true turnaround time is a lot faster than at other print stores too-PrintPlace is honest and never misleads you, always delivering on their promises. I actually look forward to working on our marketing pieces with them--and it's a task I used to dread. But with them I know that if I get a little lost with design or anything else, I can call them and talk to people who are reliably friendly, and knowledgeable. Have twice ordered customized plastic business sized cards from PrintPlace a year or more in time apart to be printed for other custom measurement tool use and have gotten quality plastic cards each time. The card design we provided required all available space of the card including going beyond safe margins to complete this need. One quick call to their customer service allowed us to prep them for the need and confirm ability to meet our tight space requirements. They were able to meet our requirements both times. They handled our questions immediately each time. This year we chose both clear and frost copies. I would suggest getting the white plastic if you are looking for a whiter card. The frost is more of matte coated clear than a frost semitransparent. Just fyi, we still thought they came out great and shipping was quick this year. read more

Glad I discovered PrintPlace. This is the second order I've placed, both for stickers for food bags and different ones for large clasp envelopes to identify the contents using a reduced version of the contents' cover logo. The quality of both sets of stickers is excellent -- colors were crisp and I love that the backing is split so it's simple to remove the backing when applying. In fact, for the food bag sticker, we ordered originally from a vendor and the stickers were fine but difficult to remove the backing and time consuming. We were excited to find these stickers with the split backing for easy removal. It certainly saved time and effort when applying to multiple bags. Same with the second order. Plus, we saved precious non-profit dollars by ordering from PrintPlace. All around great company and product. Will use them again. read more

I have ordered from PrintPlace for over 2 years and more than 50 separate projects. I have never had any problem with customer service. They have fixed every problem I have had with no questions ask, and produced a fine product for me. I am a reseller and truly would not go anywhere else. Yes, one time I was charged $15 to get a refund early in my experience because I changed my mind. Otherwise, if the order doesn't work out, I leave my payment on file and apply it to another job without charge. When my art work has had a problem that I didn't understand, their support at no charge was stellar. I highly recommend you do not worry about the 3 reviews from inexperienced customers do not influence you not to give this company a try. Be reasonable, and you will get outstanding service and product from PrintPlace. read more

I manage the marketing at Marena Group and I came into the company discovering we were paying crazy high prices with printers that will not be named. When we had issues, these high price printers were not easy to deal with and rarely gave discounts. Since then (almost 2 years ago) I have switched to print place and I could not be happier! I have printed everything from catalogs to post-cards to folders. They have scored, perforated and custom printed for me. I also have used their mail services without a hitch. I have read the other review here and I have had my share of issues (most caused by my designers, file formats, etc.) and I have not experienced any QA issues or delays. As an experienced graphic designer, I'm very detail oriented (picky!) and also want the best value for my money without compromising quality/integrity. My usual habit was to find a local printer, a place where I would actually bring in my original artwork and design and then return to collect whatever printed materials I was getting. When I stumbled across the print place site and saw what they could do and at what ridiculously low prices, I thought, "I've got to try this."
