I reviewed this FedEx 8 years ago but honestly I don't have any memories of ever physically being here until only recently. It's weird how you get older and time starts passing a little faster and memories start fading and fusing. Anyway, I've been here a couple times recently because it's a printing center and I needed a few documents printed. Some for my drivers license renewal (hallelujah that's over) and some for other boring car stuff. I usually use our home printer (or my mom's) but we're out of ink which has become so annoyingly inconvenient to find and buy and deal with. Right? No one should ever have to print things anymore, honestly, it's archaic and wasteful! I find whatever documents on the internet, print out all this stuff, walk it all into some office, and give it to someone so they can scan and upload it in back onto the internet... wow. Why? So this location is in a convenient spot right off 30 and it's big, clean, and quiet. They have several stations where you can connect and print your own stuff, or you can email your files to a specific FedEx email address and a staff member will print them for you. I chose that route -- it was all very easy, it just took a minute for the email to go through (honestly it probably took like 8 minutes). While I waited I browsed the rest of the store. Shipping station, minimal office supplies, a few gifts and trinkets, all kinds of paper for your fancier print jobs. The dude who helped me was super cool and kind and I enjoyed chatting with him a bit while waiting on my documents. This place's service sucks and so does their software. I followed the directions I was told and stood around for 15 minutes waiting for a "code" to come thru so I could print some documents and never got anything. Waste of my damn time, and to top it off they said I could use their printers but it would be "2.50 extra" per sheet. Since my last review I have used this location 8 additional times only remembered to check in a couple of them. They have stepped up their game to a new level. They consistently work within my time constraints printing out superior quality work doublechecking their work to find errors that occur in the printing process and work to have the errors corrected and reprinted prior to my arrival. Since my last review every time I come in I am greeted treated cordially and clearly desire for me to return as a repeat customer. I typically email my request in ahead of time and they meet the deadlines consistently. Additionally their new look and improve product offering, great job all the way around. I only wish that we had more businesses that could make such a turn around. read more

Everything I need and expect from a FedEx. Normally when you go to one of these the only variable is the employees that work there. For this particular location for the particular time that I went, the customer service was great. I was lost and they were able to guide me without making me feel stupid. So last week I had a giant project to do... 70,000 flyers printed up and shipped to 37 different places. I needed it all done on a Friday, packed up and shipped out that same day to arrive Monday morning. I had a FedEx account to do it, a credit card and a dream... I thought my Friday would be spent packing papers into FedEx boxes and I was cool with that. Thursday night I submitted my order to FedEx Office by the Ballpark in Arlington and prayed they'd have just the printing done for me by noon on Friday. I called Friday morning to confirm, talk it over, and was surprised to hear... "We can do it all for you." They were going to box it all, pack it all, cut the flyers, print, etc., all I needed to do was show up by 4 pm with 37 shipping labels. Holy guacamole, batman. I even looked at my receipt and they didn't even charge me extra for that. Sure, the entire order cost around $3,000 when it was all said and done, but I didn't expect them to do that. They took the project and ran with it without a hitch. I was impressed. read more

This is Fedex is located in a good location in Downtown Arlington, TX. The store is large, and very clean and neat. The shipping service was quick and easy but not cheap. Good customer service from the one staff person that was on duty on a Saturday afternoon. read more

On November 10, 2022, at 10:06 a.m. at 1400 E. Copeland RD, Arlington, Texas 76011. I had a Walmart return of a coat in a see through sealed plastic bag which was supposed to be free. I had the return documents on Walmart.com. The dark Skinned Black lady with a tummy called the light skinned short haired, short thumbed (for man) tall effeminate (to me) Black man over (presumably the manager) to try to email the Walmart.com return label to FedEx to print. I found the label in my emails and he put in the FedEx email address and the label went to them and they printed it. Success I thought. The woman they rung me up for just under $6. I told her the return was supposed to be free. They said Walmart does not pay for packaging. This was odd to me having returned many things from Amazon via UPS, and USPS and there was free packaging everywhere that I would pick up as a FedEx account holder for my office stock. I said well I will just use one of these packages. I said they are free right? They said no, because this was FedEx ground and those were Express. I said ok, took one of the packages out to my car to see if I could turn it inside out and use it, but found another larger package in my car, put the return coat in the larger package still in the plastic also. NOTE I am 60, I was using a cane and limping in this back and forth because my foot is broken. When I came back in the man had his chin down and head cocked to the side toward the woman and was mumbling in front of other customers "...after all we did for her..." Like I was beholding to pay them $6 for packaging for a free return because they printed a label which would be considered a courtesy in a normal store. I said I wanted to send it and looked around for the tape. He said Walmart does not pay them for packaging. I told him he does not need to take it out on me because FedEx does not like the deal they struck with Walmart. He said he was just doing his job. He said, "I'll take it and tape it and send it like this if you want me to." He put one single long piece of tape on it--the way you would do if you did not give a damn about what you were shipping and hoped it fell out. I told him I am just a Walmart customer trying to make a free return, and I did not appreciate this. I hope Walmart knows how much you hate their business, and that you take it out on their customers. It was dreadful unprofessional customer service. I make a complaint on fedex.com/welisten too. That is on the bottom of the receipt. I hope something comes of it. FedEx needs to address its issue with Walmart directly, and not through passive aggressive interactions with unsuspecting customers. read more

This is my go-to place when it comes to shipping needs. It is very conveniently located right off of I-30 and very close to my house. It seems like every time I walk into this store for something there are hardly any customers which equals hardly any wait time at any counter/machine. The location has it all but typically I just use it for my shipping needs. There is an automated machine outside the store where you can enter in your information, weigh your package, print your label, pay and drop the package off all in one. However, I do not like new technology so I prefer to go inside and talk to an employee/drop my package(s) off. The staff is typically friendly and efficient. read more

Placed and paid for my order online so i figured should be a simple task to just pick up my order and go. First there is major renovations going on so you have to make you way through contractors and equipment. Get to the front get my order and the young lady very passively advised me "oh yeah...we could not do you lamination". As she handed me my prints. There was no attempt to rectify the fact that the service i paid for was not complete. She actually looked a bit surprised when i asked for a price adjustment. I was then advised that an adjustment could not be made, should would have to wait until tomorrow to tell her manager. (really???) luckily her co-worker swooped in to try and save the day. This is informational. It's a good idea to mail your luggage to yourself when travelling. As it turns out it is the same money to mail it as Spirit Airlines charges for a carry on bag $35. Unfortunately we did not mail our luggage early like we usually do SO were gonna have to pay Spirit and lug our luggage ourselves. We should've mailed our luggage Monday or Tuesday at the latest for ground transportation. The latest time that you can drop off is at 8PM for ground transportation and just know that it takes 3 business days for ground transportation. We were willing to do Second day air for $90, and could have dropped our package off at DFW airport by 10PM, but good luck finding the DFW Airport location. We went in the wrong direction on Airfield Road in the dark and never found it. We usually just go to any Fed Ex location in whatever town we're in and just mail our luggage back to ourselves with no worries. read more

The worst! Why are they even open. Their "system" has been down for two days!!! No phones. No scanning for shipments. RIDICULOUS. The fact that corporate has not sent someone to fix this issue says a lot about what FedEx thinks about this location as well. SMH. read more

The girl at the counter told me that if I needed them to print a label for me to ship a FedEx shipment that they are making money off of that I would have to pay $0.15 for the paper to print that label on. Seriously? It didn't sound right and I asked her over and over again if she was sure. She said I could use the computer to print. When i realized I had to pay $.30/min to use the computer I went back to the counter talked to another girl who printed the label for me for free and said the other girl was still in training. If I had listened to the first girl I would have wasted $.45-$.75 which i know is just change but the principle of it... if you're training and a customer asks if you're sure how hard is it to ask. Plus the girl who did help me saw the whole thing go down and only stepped in when I refused to pay the $.30/min on the computer and asked her if I could email the label to her.
