I like coming here for my shipping needs because I have my name in the system and it's basically a one stop shop. They ship with the commercial shipping, but also with the USPS, which is a great savings to me. They do all printing, copies, office needs, etc. And the shoppe carries all sorts of fantastic gifts in the front store display shelves, many items are from local artists. Purses, candles, essential oils, gadgets, gizmos, and lots of cool toys for babies, kids, adults, and even pEvery time I go, there are new things to see and I love that! It feels like an old time postal office, because they even have PO Boxes. The staff is super sweet and attentive. Consequently, I had to stand in line. Also, I chose to go to this facility because it's the main facility for Plano and I needed my package to depart the facility with the early collection parcels. I arrived at the Post Office in plenty of time to make the early collection time. My package, however, did not begin tracking until almost midnight, so it likely was not placed in their internal collection location until after the early collection time. Poor customer service.
