My AC went out Thursday evening so I used Yelp to find a repairman and called Priority Friday morning and they were able to come out same day for a diagnostic check! Ended up needing a new motor. James gave me multiple pricing options to choose from and there was no pressure at all. Just the greatest company. We decided to have a mini split air conditioner system put in our home last summer. We had three companies give us estimates and they had the least expensive one and the best warranty so it was a no-brainer. We had some issues when we started it up this summer, but they were so responsive that it never became a concern at all. I think we had to make three calls before they were able to fix everything, but it was an issue with the manufacturer and they always came out the same day. A different company had refused to work on my furnace, simply saying that it was too old. One of my neighbors recommended Priority Heating & Cooling. James came out, examined my furnace and cleaned my igniter, which got my furnace working again. He told me that while my furnace was old, there was nothing fundamentally wrong with it. Sixteen years later, after using no one but Priority Heating & Cooling, my 36-year-old furnace finally needed replacing. James went over my options with me and let me make my own decision, which was to replace my furnace and air conditioner with a newer, more efficient model (not the cheapest model). James arranged financing for me that was very reasonable. On the day of the installation, he and his assistant arrived and immediately laid down drop cloths, so they wouldn't mess up my house. By the end of the day, my new furnace and air-conditioner were installed, certified and running. I've received sales flyers from other companies that feature the same model of furnace that I purchased, but the price that I got from Priority Heating & Cooling was cheaper than the "sale" prices from the other companies. As far as I'm concerned, I will never use anyone but Priority Heating & Cooling. They are the most honest and professional people in the business. read more
