We interviewed multiple companies, but Elite was by far the most thorough and reasonably priced. I honestly had no idea what to expect, but when Joel Sackett and his team came out, not only did they caulk (fill the gaps) repaint, and add the new trim color we'd selected, but they repainted (sprayed) all the exterior doors (including garage doors and metal fixtures), as well as repainting the entry way to the home top to bottom. The job overall, is fantastic and the team was absolutely the dream team. Fastidiously neat, respectful, and complete and utter perfectionists when it came to their craft. Awesome work Elite. The startup was a bit delayed due to the weather(rain) and their spring rush. Once it did start, it didn't take them long at all. I never actually met or saw the workers, I just saw the progress in the evenings when I returned to the home. The project only took a few days. I was satisfied with their work and went with their recommendations for the job. I was pleased with the end result. I don't mind painting myself, but I'm telling you that the difference between a professional painter and what I can do on a weekend is STAGGERING. This does not reflect on Tyson - but it sure reflects poorly on PolyPro.

Tyler Lucas and his crew (Tyson and Treyvon) worked nonstop through the day to get it completed before wet weather moved in. We have had Tyler's direct contact number and that has led to a much better experience. He has been great at returning calls and working with us to get to favorable results. 8/1/26 It has rained since last night. It looks good even with the continuous rain. Photos will be shared after the surface can be accessed in 72 hours from application. Previous experience: We have been dealing with this company since April 2026. On April 6, 2026 we got a quote and paid a large deposit to get our pool deck done. Prep and Installation began on July 13, 2026. The original application was not completed and what was applied had awful looking defects throughout. We were told that no one could come to repair and complete the over 2/3 remaining surface for a week. We were able to get a company rep to come and take a look at the major defects in what was applied and it was decided that it had to be removed and the application would have to be redone. The 2nd application seemed to go smoother however as it progressed it got worse! There are obvious inconsistent lines in the coating 'seams' in half of it. We were told when they left us with this that these would blend in as it dried. Of course, they said that the remaining balance had to be paid even though the finish still does not look good - paid in full, in person at the Indianapolis office Tuesday, July 21, 2026. It is now 3 days since the application completion, and the ugly squiggly seams are still just as obvious as they were when the crew left. It is a waste of time to try and call the phone numbers that are on the website or on the documentation and contract. No one answers and no one respondes to the messages. Possibly if the application of this product was done correctly maybe it is a good product, as well as the customer service during and after the application. However, the aesthetics of it is not acceptable. I will keep this updated in case we ever get the situation corrected or if we continue to have unsatisfactory results. July 28, 2026 - a new crew (Tyler, Tyson and Treyvon) arrived and removed the part of the coating that displayed the inconsistent seams from the last application. We are able to contact Tyler directly for ongoing correspondence. July 31, 2026 - the crew arrived here to reapply over the concrete surface where the previous application was removed. We should have an update and photos in 72 hours from this application.

He is friendly, listens and asks clarifying questions. And these days he is booked out 2 months to start a project, but we are happy to wait our turn. His quotes are never the cheapest but the work is such high quality that it is well worth the little extra I pay. His crew is friendly and pays incredible attention to detail. They show up on time. They carefully clean, chalk and prep surfaces before painting. At the end of the day, they clean up and have you check to progress and work. Our exterior paint held up well for six years.

We worked with Cassandra to get our bathtub refinished - she was very communicative, punctual, and thorough. The whole process took a couple of hours - Cassandra gave us clear instructions when the coating would cure and that she'd come back to make sure everything was done perfectly. After a few days, she came back and touched up a couple of areas, making our bathtub perfect. Both times, Cassandra covered the whole area to protect other surfaces and cleaned up after doing her work. We couldn't be happier with the final result and how professional Cassandra was. Two wks later, we get a call telling us the glass was in but when we went to get it, no one could find it! Still no idea what happened but they said it would be reordered. From that point on, we called and stopped in every few days but were always given one excuse after another. Customer service was nonexistent, they NEVER called to update us....it was always us reaching out to them. We heard that it would be in on the next truck, had to be special ordered and would be in the next week, would "probably" be in by Friday, had to be special ordered by a different supplier and (my all-time favorite), at nearly 2 months out, it was on back order!! Glass finally arrived 8 weeks after order was placed. No apology, no discount, no offer of any kind, just here's your glass. Had planned to install during September or October weather but obviously, with the weather now, we get to go more months without a window. How is this place still in business? Utterly unprofessional in every way possible. If you choose to order here, be prepared for your project to remain unfinished for months.
