After a major hail storm in April 2025, we asked a family member who works for Priority to visit and look for damage on our roof. He and a partner found quite a bit of damage, so during the visit they sat with us and we called our insurance company to arrange for an adjuster to visit. The family member met with the adjuster within a few days and we soon had a quote. Since our neighborhood has an HOA with restrictions on roof color, we delayed having the roof redone until we chose a shingle vendor and color. The roofing work started around sunrise, and was completed by a crew of 8 that same day. After removing the old shingles and paper, the plywood was inspected. Several areas had evidence of rotting, so those were replaced before new paper and shingles were installed. Our yard and those nearby (with the owners' permission) were swept with magnets to remove any loose nails. After the crew left, we noticed some cosmetic issues and a couple of other minor concerns. These were addressed promptly. The appearance of our new roof is definitely an improvement over the original builder roof. read more

I had a horrible experience with Priority Roofing, and I'm still paying to fix their costly mistakes. The salesperson, Nick, was very pleasant and easy to work with during the sales process. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after the installation. The installation crew did a poor job installing the chimney flashing, which resulted in a roof leak into my house. When I contacted the company about the leak, they came out, claimed everything was fine, and denied responsibility under their warranty. They were unprofessional and refused to acknowledge the installation errors. I ended up hiring an independent roofing contractor, who found that the chimney flashing had not been installed correctly. I had to pay out of pocket to have their mistakes repaired. This year, I experienced another leak. My new roofer discovered that Priority had failed to replace the roof vents when installing the new roof, even though they should have been replaced. I am once again paying to correct work that should have been done properly the first time. Ironically, my current roofer suggested contacting Priority for warranty repairs. There is no way I would ever allow them to touch my roof again after my previous experience. I'm genuinely surprised by the glowing Google reviews. My experience has been the complete opposite, and choosing Priority Roofing has ended up costing me thousands of dollars in additional repairs. Time to write a review for Josh (the sales person), Jayden (who coordinated the install) and the other clowns who run this company 1. their goal is maximum profit with disregard to their clients. Josh is fishing for insurance replacements which pays 30% above market and gives you in return a builder grade roof, the cheapest he can get. I had several roofs replaced through hail claims and never got a builder grade roof. It was not even a discussion with my previous providers. We always got a standard roof by default (At Priority what you and I call a standard roof they call it "Architectural roof" ) 2. They hire the cheapest subcontractors. During the install they dead dropped bags of shingles on the roof and laughed at it while we worried underneath about the structural integrity of the framing. They did a a very poor job at installing the shingles. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Jayden took a month to paint a few feet of facia. They damaged the gutter guard and have not done anything about it. 3. The Job is not finished - Josh has no control over the subcontractors and he is unable to have them come back to correct their mistakes. That is when from sales man he becomes roofer and tries to fix things himself. No comment. Insurance replacement work is highly coveted by roofers because pays well above market. This is one more reason why such installs should be worry free for homeowners and go super smooth. Not with company. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this provider. read more

I called to get an inspection done on my house and a rental property after a large hail storm. Jeremiah Smith came out to both locations very promptly. Afterward he spent a while on the phone with me explaining what he found and what my options were so I could make an informed decision. In the end, one house didn't need any work and the other was best handled by an associate of his who he referred me to. A+ experience with Tom Keller at Priority Roofing. I knew I would eventually need a new roof and Tom's timing was perfect. I filed a claim with insurance right after a major hailstorm, which happened a month prior to my hail deductible doubling. Tom was extremely helpful and knew what had to be done. Even with a less than ideal policy, he made sure we left no stone unturned. After that, Tom was able to schedule my roof replacement for that very week. The crew showed up on time and finished a 2-day roof in a day-and-a-half. I was walked thru the process step by step. The communication was top notch. Needless to say, customer service was on point. Saw Jordan's sign at a neighbor's house and contacted him. He was initially very responsive, went to the property to prepare a quote, and then I never heard from him again. Numerous texts & calls but a full voicemail. Left two messages for him with the office manager, then twice tried to get any other salesperson from the company to call and never heard anything from anyone. I've never seen a company struggle so much to return calls for prospective customers, especially after repeatedly promising return calls within 24 hours. Can't confidently say they would follow through with a job if they ever do provide you a quote. read more

I had an agreement with Fernando Hemkes to manage all repairs to my home after a hail storm Sep 2023. I needed a new roof, new siding and a few other repairs. Fernando told me he would manage all of the work and deal with all of the contractors. He stated that my insurance company is a good one, very generous. He submitted several supplements after the initial estimate and my insurance company paid every one of them. Once roof & gutter work were complete (work was good and I was pleased), he backed out of doing all of the other work and tried to walk away with about $3,800 of my money I needed to repair my siding. He & his work lead, Jake, sat down with my huband and I to go over numbers and had a document pulled up on a laptop across the table from us, impossible to read. They proceeded to tell me that insurance companies do not want to pay anything, after having previously told me mine was generous. They said their company had done an audit and found that we still owed them over $900 but they were going to "do us a solid" and not charge us. I knew the numbers did not add up and their invoice to me did not match their invoice to my insurance company. I persisted and repeatedly asked for copies of detailed documents until they finally found a big mistake and returned most of my money. I wonder how many other people they took advantage of who were not as persistent as I was. read more

Their employee did not board up several broken windows; used our drill; used wood we bought to do it and did a lousy job putting a few patches on the roof. I had to hire a company to do it the right way AFTER they left. Then our neighbors complained because they were also SCAVENGING through yards taking items. NOT A FAN. read more

I had not heard about Priority Roofing until Mr. Nick Aguilar, salesman for Priority Roofing, was in my neighborhood working on another project. In discussion I was asking about siding for my second story home. He mentioned that he was not the person I needed to talk to but would get me the information. He did. He asked if my roof had hail damage and how old the roof was. At my age I do not get on my roof so he asked if I would permit him to inspect my roof. He did find sufficient hail damage. Nick Aguilar explained all the steps in proceeding to get the new roof installed. I picked the color of the roofing shingles and Nick took care of the rest. Everything happened on schedule. The roofers, subcontractors (solar panels, gutters) Nick was here checking up on the crews as the work was being performed. The new roof was completed in 1 day. After all work was performed and properly cleaned (the grass areas for nails, etc.) Nick did his own "sweep" to insure not pieces of materials were left behind. Today, I would highly recommend Priority Roofing for your next roof. I thank Mr. Aguilar for his honesty, for staying close to the project, keeping me informed and saving me from having many headaches.
