Aside from being overpriced, DON'T order corned beef hash from here. It is NOT CBH! This owners idea of CBH is taking his home fries, throwing in less than a THIN DELI SLICE of corned beef, cut into thin, TINY strips and putting it in a container. There is ZERO flavor or ACTUAL CORNED BEEF. I thought I got home fries with a few pieces of ham. When I called him, he was arrogant and could care less that his food sucks!! Never again! Additionally, I was told that the monte crust was a platter. It's a sandwich which was quite literally thrown together with half the meat out in the container. We got catering from here for a first birthday! The food was phenomenal! Steve the owner worked with us and prepared dishes to match our barnyard bbq theme. The brisket was amazing, even our waitress who we hired privately to help said she has done so many parties and this was by far the best brisket she has ever had. The ribs were devoured so fast I didn't even see them. Everyone has been raving about the food for days and the owner takes pride in his business and it shows. I used them for my daughters party this past Sunday. My wife did the order of a hero and a olive tray. Picked it up Sunday was supposed to be ready by 1230 I got there maybe 1245. They told me would be ready in 5 minutes. They gave me two trays of hero and a bag and said that's everything I said ok. My wife calls them they give her a attitude tell her that Steve will call her back. I call they tell me he won't be in today. I got a phone call this morning and call back guy is out again. I feel like it's playing phone tag to get my money back from this place. I'm a volunteer for mastic and I'm sure we use this place for our meetings. I think I'm gonna tell them to find a new place seeing how this place operates. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere for your hero's and sandwiches. The owner will not try to make things right and will play phone tag with you. Something so simple should just be fixed. read more

Let me start out by saying the food is always good here but the service always stinks for delivery drivers. I ALWAYS have to wait here for my food and they ALWAYS lie about how long it will take. After a heated exchange they admitted they lie to get the driver to stay so the customer doesn't have to wait longer for the food however by doing that they are doing a disservice to the driver. I will never take an order for delivery from here again. They made me wait way longer then reasonable and the jerk in the back was laughing at me being upset they lied to me. Placed a huge lunch order. They got several orders totally wrong. Three of the Mediterranean salads screwed up- 2!without quinoa, one without feta, one was ordered with chicken and they just made a regular house salad with chicken. To add insult to injury he chicken was tasteless and dry . All the orders had one thing wrong or missing as well. This has happened quite a few times in the past when we've ordered . The first time, I ordered from this deli they made a mistake while charging my card. Completely Minor not only did they make it right they made it better! Customer Service is awesome over there. Please read the dangers of this gross slop hole I really wanted the place to shine, the outside is cute but it hides the nightmare The place in the summer is loaded with flies. Flies is never a good sign. They also keep the food for the fryer out in the open so the flies can feast. I ordered a strawberry cream cheese bagel toasted. They gave me a bagel not toasted with fresh, badly cut strawberries and regular plain cream cheese. IM ALLERGIC to fresh fruits and vegetables and started having a attack (closing of pipe). I alerted to talk to a cashier who gave me a bad attitude like it's my fault. Besides the fact I almost died, that is not strawberry cream chesese. And the fact I was treated like garbage for there mistake. BESIDES the flies. I don't know WTF that whole experience was but Do not go there. If you read this owner. I'd suggest you hire a new crew, teach them about food allergies and food handling or clean the store or shut down.
