Sometimes they are very busy but they're always so attentive and will answer anything honestly. After reading some of the reviews, I can only assume some people are just miserable and it's not right that they took their bad day and had nothing better to do but write negative things. The spray tan artist told me she had "four years of experience" and that I'd be thrilled with the result -- right before hurrying me out to get to her next appointment. My knuckles and hands? Burnt orange. I spent hours scrubbing them in a panic, trying not to look like an Oompa Loompa in my wedding photos. I had to literally use a Brillo pad & dish soap The tan was patchy, uneven, and frankly, awful. Thank God for my gown being long sleeves -- but even with that, I still looked orange underneath and mg dress was entirely backless. I…read morefollowed the employee's directions explicitly concerning aftercare (wear loose clothing, no jeans, wait at least 8 hours to shower (I waited for 15), and used gentle products on my skin when I showered. As I'm on my way to her wedding, only two days after I got the spray tan, please look at my legs to indicate how uneven this spray was applied. I had requested a Sr. employee too! I swear by Benefit in Westport and go there when I need a spray tan because they do a fantastic job, but they were completely booked up. I'm not sure why this salon got 5-Stars, but I will not be going back again.
