I am pretty hopeless at shaping my own eyebrows and always mess them up. I finally decided to have someone shape them for me and I have zero regrets! They look sooo much better. Attached photo shows my eyebrows originally (I did let them grow in for a few weeks before my initial appt., and so glad I did!), middle is my first shaping, and bottom is my 2nd appt 3 weeks later. Lorraine is a sweetheart, very easy to talk to - and as a plus I feel so much better about my eyebrows! I decided to shape and tint for awhile and maybe eventually I will go with microblading. Owner Lorraine is the consummate professional! She knows eyebrows like no one I've ever used. First few visits she re-shaped and tinted my very pale eyebrows and determined which shade was best for my complexion. When I decided that my schedule did not allow for monthly maintenance appointments, she microbladed my brows for a more permanent solution. Love my elegant brows! I wake up with them and dont have to touch up with a brow pencil. Her studio is beautiful and hygiene is top priority. Could not be a nice or more knowledgeable brow queen. Jenna and Lorraine are fantastic! Jenna was very thorough, answering all the questions I had. I like the fact that I can chat with her through texting, as opposed to a phone call or email. It's just more practical and convenient for me to communicate through text. When I arrived at my appointment for a brow shape and tint, they were so friendly and personable! I don't typically write reviews but I just had to compliment Jen on how wonderful she has been with my lash services. I have very sensitive eyes and she is always so patient and kind. My natural lashes are very short and white so I would always have to wear mascara.
