I had my 2026 Tesla Model 3 windows tinted through them, and when i came to pick it up, it had the sunshade on the back glass. I failed to inspect the back glass that day mainly coz it was hot and i didn't want to remove and put the sunshade back on (and I trusted their work considering the reviews). When I tried to remove the sunshade for a trip to San Francisco (it's not hot up there), i noticed that the shade was missing a clip which made it sag. When it was removed, i noticed that the headliner fabric is burnt, right where the sag is, which made me suspicious that they strategically hid the burn, and did not disclose it at handoff. I also had issues with the quality of the film application, there are so many creases on the back glass (see pictures). So, this morning i went to the shop and talked to the owner and let him inspect the damaged headliner and maybe fix the film; i even gave them the benefit of the doubt and also paid them to tint my windshield. After inspection, He agreed to pay for the repair/replacement, since it was just the back pillar, but when i showed him Tesla's estimate for the replacement ($1045, which is ridiculous coz tesla said they have to replace the whole headliner, not just the back glass pillar), he did not wanna take liability anymore and instead denied that the burn is the shop's fault. When i came back to pick up my car, he said they tried to fix the back glass tint and the burnt part... i checked and nothing has changed. Same creases, same bubbles, same locations, same burn. They had the windshield tint installed and i see some creases/bubbles too. I'ma have to see if these are going to cure in the next 2 days. I was gonna do ppf with them too, but not anymore. Never coming back again. Avoiding at all costs. Integrity? None. Pristine? Nope. read more

I tried to resolve this directly. When I raised my concerns on his Instagram page, the comments were removed and I was blocked. That is why I am here. We had my wife's car tinted at Pristine Auto Care in Newhall, including the front windshield. At night, driving became genuinely dangerous. The road looked hazy and taillights appeared doubled and blurred. This is not a cosmetic complaint. Visibility impairment at night is a safety issue. They removed the tint, but then told us to come back in the summer for a redo, leaving us without a real resolution for months. We eventually had to request a refund just to close the loop. What makes this more concerning is that this was not an isolated issue. I personally know two other customers who had their windshields tinted here at different times and experienced the same problem. Both had the tint removed. One of them works there and still had it removed. On top of that, the rear window already had factory dye in the glass. Most experienced tint shops account for that when matching the rest of the vehicle. That was not done here. The rear window ended up significantly darker than the side windows, and visibility through the rearview mirror during the day is extremely poor. For comparison, I had another vehicle tinted at a different shop with zero issues. If you are in the Santa Clarita area and considering window tint, especially windshield tint, there are better options. Based on our experience, I would not go back. read more

I have a black 2015 Chevy Volt. As well as I tried to maintain it myself with my variety of Meguiars products over the years, the car sits outside and it began to oxidize on the hood and roof. I was getting discouraged. Took it to Axel at Pristine Auto Care and left it there for them to work their magic with a full detail and ceramic coating. I was expecting great work but the final product completely exceeded my expectations. The oxidation is gone. 10/10 experience. Called late Tuesday evening in a major panic and was able to drop my car off Wednesday morning for an unexplainable stink that the Ford dealership said was rat urine. Axel took us seriously and agreed that there definitely was a foul odor. I looked for a reliable and professional person to put on ceramic coating on my RV for a long time. I saw the reviews here on yelp and I decided to give them a chance, they did an amazing job!!! They did such a good job that the next day I called them to put the ceremony coating on my truck as well. They did that and I'm getting so many compliments from everyone seeing my truck. When I had one little part that I saw that they missed on my truck, I called them and they came all the way from Santa Clarita to my house in Sherman Oaks to redo it. Called asking for a quote for a PPF, after waiting on a response to a requested submitted online via their website. I was told I had to bring the vehicle in. When I asked for a range I was again curtly told I had to bring the vehicle in. When I drove down, the shop was locked, with a notice by appointment only. I called explaining that I was told to bring it in for a quote the person said they were already closed (online states differently) and it's by appointment only after I had already driven in per their previous advice. When I tried to explain this I was rudely told I can make an appointment. I declined and hung up.
