So I came North Bay with some trepidation. What did I find: they are very clear and upfront with charges. Texted links provide you with all findings and repair options, along with easy ways to approve just the things you want repaired (in addition, Austin was great in walking me through all the options by phone). The price was fair and the work was done right. After this initial experience, I had them check out my other vehicle (I was thinking this was going to be a pricey fix). Surprisingly, it only needed a minor adjustment and my dread of a $$$$ cost turned out to be so reasonable. An unscrupulous mechanic could have tacked on unnecessary work, especially since I had come in thinking it needed several parts replaced.
