I even had the paint code on hand...pretty much a standard white color. Highly recommended. Went in to get a quote for a scratch that an unattended cart had left on my bumper. Explained that I tried to buff out with a scratch remover. Examined area, took down some notes, then tired a stronger solvent solution. Turned out to be a thick paint scrape that he was able to remove on the spot with that stronger solvent revealing no damage that required paint service. Super friendly, immediately stopped what he was working on to help me, and resolved issue on the spot with no charge for his time. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with my recent paint and ding repair. Long story short, the ding was removed and smoothed out, however, my vehicle was returned to me with MANY bubbles on the clear coat on 2 doors, and they also over-sprayed white paint onto my black door handles. Eye sore, and quite noticeable.. which leads me to believe this job was rushed and the quality was poor, to say the least. These imperfections couldn't been seen until I went home to wipe my car down because they had my car parked out of the small garage and it was pouring rain. I did call Baba's back to inform the owner of my findings, but of course, it was up to me to find a ride to pick me up and bring me back after the corrections were made since my car rental was returned assuming the job had been completed. Another thing I was quite upset about is that my vehicle stayed overnight for a few days and when checking my Tesla cameras after receiving notifications, my car was left parked on the public street UNLOCKED for 2 nights. Our camera footage in our Tesla had also been deleted, which is something I would think would only be done if there's something they didn't want us to see, and I did not approve any shop touching my vehicle settings. If you are going to take a Tesla, understand first what you are doing and since you can't put it in service mode, you should have some type of communication with the owner before deleting anything. Either way, I wouldn't use this place again. They were able to take me sooner than other body shops, but the execution of services could have been much better. The owner did express sympathy for my time wasted and the inconvenience of me no longer having a rental, but my vehicle should have been inspected before I got the call that it was ready for pick up. read more

Paul and Willy are two of the nicest and most calm people to work with. In February 2024, I got into another fender bender. The damage on the front end was a little more extensive. Thankfully the damage turned out to be cosmetic fixes. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and picked my car up on Thursday. My car was actually ready on Wednesday but I couldn't go due to work. I contacted Paul many months ago and emailed pictures of the damage to my truck. He gave me a phone estimate, but circumstances came up that made me put this on the back burner. When I contacted Paul again he remembered the original call and got to work right away. I even had other damage that I asked to have fixed and Paul agreed to do the work at a very reasonable rate. Baba's auto gloss had helped my fiance and I with 2 of our vehicles that got into accidents...ONE MONTH apart. It was unfortunate but going to Baba's was the best decision. Unfortunately one of our vehicle was totaled but they were able to help us store the car. And the other vehicle came out looking BRAND NEW. I was afraid of a mismatched paint job but they blend the paint and you just can't tell. Everything from customer service and quality of the paint was great. We went through insurance for both of the vehicles and Baba's are experienced enough to handle/work with them. I do have to say the process does take long. Amazing repair work! Found out about Baba's from a family member and decided to check them out. My car was scraped from the driver side front tire to the rear driver side tire. Dropped my car off for a few weeks and came back to a brand new looking car! Keep me updated on what was happening and have me time frames of when the car would be finished. I don't like using apps and never had a Yelp app but because of the excellent service from Baba's, and their willingness to go the extra mile, I also am willing to go the extra mile, too & told them I'll download the app and do a review just for them! I am typically hesitant to use car shops that I am not referred to personally but decided to do a search for best body shops in the area and Baba's came up as 1st place hands down so I decided to give it a try. Just like the reviews mentioned, Paul and his team are exceptional and run a business the way that it should be: professional, courteous, personal, honest, great price & with integrity. Doesn't get much better than that! As you can see from the pic, the job wasn't easy and I was concerned that shops wouldn't be willing to take the job; however, Baba's made it happen! Recently I spoke to someone I know who got seriously ripped off from a mechanic who gave a quote then didn't review the "extra" work the mechanic decided to do without authorization then charged a ridiculous amount. Baba's was up front and clear from the start then did more than agreed upon but charged less than original quote- now THAT's hard to find!
