He and his team of three other workers were wonderful. They were neat, clean, friendly. They weren't ever bothered with our old pit bull, Ashley. I cannot recommend Ramon and Right Away Carpet Cleaning highly enough! I have a very large area of white, porous tile that runs from my hallway all the way through the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. Because the tile is so porous, it's notoriously difficult to clean. Before hiring Ramon, I sought out several other quotes. The pricing I received was all over the map--some were ridiculously high (more than double what Ramon quoted), while others were suspiciously low. Ramon's estimate was the only one that felt realistic and reasonable for the amount of work involved. Ramon came out in early December and did a phenomenal job. Beyond the quality of the work, he is a great communicator and was incredibly prompt, both with his initial responses and when he showed up to start the job. Last night my dog woke me up at 2am. Whenever he does that it means he's not feeling well. "Hmmm, what smells?" So I get up and follow the scent into our living room, and behind the sofa.
