Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.) The guy did a great job, carpets look new, however the quote was only 1/4 of the actual cost. I will watch and see if these spots bleed back through. There is supposed to be to be a 30 day guarantee (I wonder if it's really free). I called their office to let them know how unhappy I was with the quote being so far off and was told they can't see my carpet therefore additional steps may need to be done. I have never had a quote to be this far off. No real explanation and certainly no apology offered. For this reason I won't be recommending them to family and friends.
