I appreciate his honesty. At one point, his staff even told me I had a refund coming because they overcharged my credit card during a previous visit. What dental office does that? During the hour long procedure he did not ask once if it was hurting him even though my son kept saying its hurting and screaming his lungs out. He was shaking from pain. I was ready to take my child out in mid procedure....what pisses me off more is that he numbed his teeth again at the end of procedure which makes no freaking sense. When I told her that was too much for a 5 day repair, she said $100. You've got to be kidding. Forget it. I will go to CVS and get the temp glue to repair it myself. What's best is they accept my insurance (Delta Dental). Dr. Mai even threw in an orthopedic consult on one of my visits. I also love that they text you reminders of your appointments.
