Since the beginning of the year, I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed. I asked several…read moretimes if a nurse would be present during the procedure since I was going to be put to sleep. Out of nowhere, they canceled my appointment and never called me back to reschedule. Yesterday, I went in for a cleaning and also mentioned that I wanted my wire removed. Just like in other reviews, the staff seemed to be in a rush. The dentist briefly spoke with me, then got up and called the hygienist. The hygienist who came in was extremely rough -- I've never had to stop anyone during a cleaning before, but with her, I had to tell her to stop. She never once asked if I was okay and seemed to be rushing through everything. In the process, she even cut my lip. When I told her she was being too rough and mentioned that my previous hygienist wasn't like that, she told me they had fired the previous one. Later, I asked one of the front desk staff, who told me that the previous hygienist had actually left to work somewhere else -- meaning the one who cleaned my teeth lied to my face simply because I complained. She also tried to rush me out right after the cleaning, but I stopped to ask about my wire. It felt like the dentists were more focused on chatting and having fun, removing their pimples than focusing on their patients. They eventually told me to go back to my room and wait, but honestly, couldn't the dentist have removed the wire before the cleaning?

I have worn a brace on my foot for 10 years after losing my heel bone due to a bone infection! I…read morehave used Hanger nearly exclusively for every brace I have received! I presented to this location 11/23 for a new brace! I showed my old brace and explained all the details the new brace needed to have, because of my predisposition to foot wounds. Pictures were taken, notes were written and cast was created. I had to call them in January to see if it had arrived and made an appointment! The brace that was sent to me was nothing like what I needed! It had areas that could cause sores and was extremely flat and had potential to cause ulcers! I rejected the brace and it was sent back! The 2nd brace I received looked like a repeat of the old brace, like the manufacturer just resent the first brace! The tech then indicated they had issues with the manufacturer and would recast me and send to a different manufacturer! When I received the third brace It was worse than the first two braces. It was huge, no way to fit in my shoe! It was very flat with no rocking! This was February 2024 I decided to ask for a refund of the copay I had paid in 2023 and specifically requested a hard copy check as I had used a FSA account and would lose the money! Instead hanger refunded my card resulting in a $347.00 loss of money because the card was closed out for the 2023 year...I was able to roll over about 1/2 the copay! If you use this place, do not pay any copays until you get a working product in hand! Never again at this location!
