Their staff is phenomenal and very organized. They always remind you through text messages and call me the day off if I was running late to see if there was anything they can do for me. I love how clean their office is and they took initiative to follow through feedback. As an example, from my first visit in 2019, they didn't close the doors to give privacy for each room, but they are actively doing that now when I went back. They have Netflix ready for your viewing during your cleaning and they're always on time with my appointment. I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes even during busy times. I used to live 5 minutes away from them but I moved to Gilbert which is 30 minutes away and I don't want to change my dentist. :) read more

I went looking for a dentist for my fiancé. He had his cavities fixed while visiting his parents in California and they've been sensitive to cold and heat ever since. The dentist here was able to see him right away and hopefully fixed the issue. So far so good. I just wanted a cleaning, I love going to the dentist and this was a fun office to visit. Super pink everywhere and coffee machines and water in the waiting room. Even a massage chair! They were running a special ~$70 for new patients including X-rays. They gave some good advice and I'm satisfied with the cleaning. I'll probably get my teeth whitened there since it's fairly reasonable $300 this month, $500 regularly (I don't have dental insurance). But the cleanings are not reasonable without insurance ($220). They run deals where you pay $300 and get two cleanings and some other stuff which I guess is a good deal but I've never had cavities (knock on wood) and really only go to the dentist for cleanings. Overall I HIGHLY recommend but the regular prices are a bit high for me. They seem to run good specials so if I go back I'll probably wait for when they have their reduced prices. read more

It is my pleasure to write this review on Autism Awareness Day. Dr. Chad and the staff at Pristine Dental took such good care of my child who is on the spectrum. He was so positive and reassuring to both of us. He knew just what to say to get my child on board with the process. We had been to 3 other dentists prior to meeting with Dr. Chad. Really loved coming here. My Insurance doesn't cover it anymore, but always felt like I was in good hands.

I'm relatively new to the area and was in desperate need of an exam/cleaning. I saw Pristine's excellent reviews and cute office here on Yelp, and put in an online request late Monday night for an appointment. By morning, the super responsive desk staff had me booked for an appointment on Tuesday and verified coverage with my insurance (Delta). Both the hygienist, Leah, and dentist, Dr. Mitchell, were thorough, kind, and personable. I really appreciated them taking the time to educate me on gum health and a minor potential problem spot on one of my teeth. I was able to book an appointment for another cleaning in 6 months on my way out! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. See you in September, Pristine! read more

Great experience at Pristine Dental. The process was extremely easy to begin and stayed that way throughout. You could begin the docs that take a lot of time when you first get into a medicinal office before you even got there online! Then you came in, and signed them right away and they got you back to the chair. This was my first experience to a dentist other than my family dentist I've had since I was born. I had to get x-rays, photos, and such since I was a first time patient. They were simple and quick. The hygienist, Hilary, was absolutely amazing and so fun to talk to. I haven't felt my teeth so clean in such a long time (roughly a year and a half since I've been busy with work and college and couldn't get back across the country!). We talked about toothpaste options, went over the ingredient in them. I never knew some toothpastes were specifically made for gingivitis or cavity protection etc. and just that solution. I thought a cavity/whitening was all I needed, although I wasn't protected for enamel strength or gums! That night I had Dr. Mitchell too. Great, young, vibrant personality. He took care of a few cavities I had and nothing was painful. I literally could not have experienced a better time at a dentist than Pristine Dental. I was just nervous from having someone other than my family dentist, and now I'm almost afraid not having Dr. Mitchell and this team! read more

Both my sister and I have had several bad experiences with Pristine Dental. I was charged for x-rays that I never received, and only found out because my insurance company sent me a notice. It took Pristine several weeks to get the corrected bill sent to my insurance. Then I was told I had FIVE cavities. I take extremely great care of my teeth and hardly ever get cavities, and they told me this with no x-rays to confirm. I left Pristine and got two other opinions from other Dentists and both confirmed that I had one filling that needed replacement, but that was it. My sister had the same experience and was told she had six cavities, but was told she had none by two other dentists. The staff is friendly, but that's the only upside to Pristine. They just charge you for a bunch of things that you don't need or didn't have done. read more

I had a great experience with Pristine Dental. I had a couple cavities and a crown that needed to be replaced and the whole process went very smoothly. I only had to wait a week for my new Crown to come in. Of course oral shots are no fun but how smoothly everything else went made it worth it. Horrible communication and front of office employees. I called for over a week, sometimes 2-3 times a day all during office hours and left a few voice mails and no one got back to me until day later. The office is really pretty and the staff very friendly. Lots of frills. It looks like something from a little girl's dream. The website shows an all female staff with one dentist and two hygienists. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, but to my surprise the dentist was male. In fact they have two male dentists and one female dentist. I was looking forward to an all female staff like MomDoc which is right next door. The fact they are hiding this makes me wonder on using them again. It seems like a bait and switch tactic. Most dentist's website don't hide their people. Also the dental insurance company doesn't list Pristine Dental as the payee. read more

Had my new patient consultation on Saturday and I could not be more pleased. From Paola at the front desk, to Gloria who took my X-rays, Hilary the hygienist and Dr. Greene, I felt very welcomed! This dentistry is one of the wrost dentistries I ever came across with. The service is terrible and everybody seems to be on a hurry mostly. There is not at all even one percent of respect for the customers when having a check up for their teeth here. When I ask a question to the dentist, there is no clear answer given and seems they have no interest of your personal health. I am in doubt if this really is a authorized Dental faculty in Arizona. Branding is on point, but service wasn't. I was a patient at Pristine Dental for about 2 years. In that time, I had no less than 3 different dentists and 3 different hygienists. Each time I had someone new, they would do X-rays and find something that "needed work". The last dentist said she had to fix a filling because it wasn't done properly and was causing gum damage and deterioration in the tooth. I thought this was interesting since the work was done by one of their dentists just last year! I have no way of knowing what their business practices are, but definitely felt like I was just a number and constantly being sold. read more
