I've been to other nail places and they do whatever they want had my nails looking like I was a cartoon character, but here...this place does such a wonderful job!!!! Fancy baby OT the owner did them and I'm so impressed. I follow him on IG he's on point.

First time here, Tommy did my nails for me and he did awesome! New ownership since Dec. Very clean and prices are reasonable. Tues and Wed they do specials on Mani's and Pedi's. I got a base of SNS with a top Gel Polish, turned out gorgeous! Love it and will be back!

If I could give them zero stars I would. OT is the worst. He put one nail of crooked and refused to fix it. They have the worst customer service. I would never come here again and I would recommend Noone else either. read more

I've been going here for a couple of months now, and I absolutely love this shop.. Tommy is the one that does my nails, and he doesn't absolutely an amazing job, and he's very meticulous about his work. And also Denise does nails and she is really good with waxing. Lily is who I have do my pedicures and she does an amazing job as well. I definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone read more

This place does not even deserve 1 star! Ladies, always trust your instincts! I was in a hurry to get a gel manicure for my new job. Went to this place for the first time and asked for a simple gel manicure. Should have immediately walked out because the shop only had two other women and it was DEAD SILENT! No small talk between staff and clients, no music and you also could not hear the TV. Worse than a hospital setting and much more quiet! My gel manicurist never said a single word to me! I had to ask the guy who works there for the color wheel for polishes. Maybe she didn't speak English? I don't know but she was going to just do two coats on my nails even though I could still see my natural nail bed color shining through the polish????! A third coat didn't even achieve the color I selected. I gave up. My nails look horrible!!! Uneven, lumpy, not evenly shaped. Just a bloody mess! NEVER, EVER go here unless you like throwing good money away on bad service. Consider yourself warned. read more

Visited this place on a whim and I am so happy I did!! Got me right in and everyone was so extremely nice! My technician was so kind and GENTLE!! Usually when the people don't know you they are in a hurry and are rough but not this place! I love it! read more

I've tried a couple of times each time disappointed. Staff not friendly especially the young man and lady who seem to manage the store. Overpriced and poor customer service. If you need something last minute ok but if you have an option choose some place else. read more

Be aware Call to check prices before you go there I feel ripped off $40 for gel and acrylic fill and the color of the gel wasn't like the nail gel displayed. The work is good. Will not return. read more

This is my second time back, Misa is awesome. She has over 20 years experience and it shows in her work. The salon is updated and clean. They have specials on mani pedi on Tuesday and Wednesday. Highly recommended! read more

I've taken my wife here twice and they do a great job. We will definitely continue to come back, OT is great and makes the experience enjoyable. I normally try to avoid nail salons but the environment is very comfortable and welcoming. 5 star experience!!! read more

Extremely unprofessional. Had my nails done and that same night the nails came off along with my actual nails. When I went to get a refund they were extremely rude yelling and screaming saying it was my fault. As someone who gets their nails done regularly this has never happened. Would not recommend. read more

OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR, i said to my group "..Then why say you're doing a sale til 10 PM." then the other girl with a short curly bob then proceeds to scream and fly out the door and yell at us. She said "You fucking tattoo your back for 10 hour straight and tell us how your fucking back feels." i turned around and i said "excuse me what is your problem?." she continued to say that i was the one that had a problem and im the one at a lost. i continued to tell her that's extremely rude and unprofessional, they are the ones loosing sales. i told her nobody was getting tattoos, just piercings. Then i proceeded to tell her that she's extremely rude and there was no reason to speak to us like that. that they failed to update their policy and that they are out of pocket for treating me like that when it was their fault. i understand the situation of being tired and everything but other people have jobs as well. But it doesn't kill to make one post on instagram saying that you're done for the night. i made a complaint to the owner of both stores. and the receptionist said that this isn't the first time they have had complaints in the past month! wild behavior!
