In hindsight, it appears the issue was not my lashes but her inability to properly see or work with them. A previous, extremely poor deep tissue massage at the former location kept me away for more than a decade. I returned with optimism due to the new facility, but that optimism was misplaced. After several hours wasted and significant out-of-pocket expense, it is clear that while Ultimate Escape is aesthetically pleasing, the service execution is substandard.
