I've booked my appointment after no luck of finding a OB of 2months of moving back to Texas and Dr Victoria is Amazing. We just clicked so well. I prayed for an OB like her . The office is relaxed and attentive, quick , and all together sweet . Even bloodwork was quick and easy . I talk a lot so we all just laughed . I came from a place that didn't do the best care my first 5month of pregnancy. She does not play and I NEED that badly. She basically started me over as my medical records were sent incomplete but I was relieved because she was thorough with every test and informed me about EVERYTHING. The communication is horrible! They waited until the day of my appointment to tell me that my insurance wasn't accepted and that I had to pay out of pocket for the appointment. They also had the wrong number in the system, even though they called and confirmed the appointment with the correct number. I wasn't notified of anything until I walked in. The provider is super nice and explains things very well so she gets a star. Every front desk person I have ever spoken to is awful. Twice now, something has been wrong with my prescription and I've had to call them to get ahold of someone to resend my prescriptions. The first time my insurance did not cover the prescription, so I called them for a new one. The lady with an accent never sent it! I called back the next day and she said she forgot! Now today I'm writing this because I had to call again to send in a prescription for me, yesterday they told me it would take 30 minutes. I waited hours and hours and now it's the next day I just got off the phone with the same lady with an accent. She said "let me see the provider is busy let me see if someone else can send it for you" and then she hung up! I've never experienced customer service like this before it's insane. Update. I called them back. Lady with the accent could not help me so I asked to speak to someone else. She hung up on me. I called back a nice young lady answered. I heard the lady with the accent in the background saying "is this white woman?" So I said "that's who hung up on my I just heard her." And then she put me on mute you can tell because the background noise stops. Once the hold was over the young girl on the phone had the audacity to tell me I did not speak to anyone there.! Ur joking I called u not even 5 minutes ago! She put on her customer service voice and told me she would give the provider a note to send my prescription. I asked how long it would take. The office does not answer the phone. I requested an appointment online. I was sent a confirmation. I arrived for my appointment, and was told I had no appointment and that was an automated email. I was able to be seen that day. The nurse first informed me that I would not have a specific doctor and any doctor on call will deliver the baby. I went to the office a couple of times after a the woman who takes my blood often did not know the reason or what test she was collecting for the withdrawal. I stuck multiple times and she eventually had to stuck my hand. I was made to repeat test because they do not check the records. I had to send messages through the portal explaining to them I've already taken an initial test to test my HCG and another. They were going to do it again because they did not read! I requested to have my records transferred. Filled out the digital form sent it and they say it takes 5-7 business days. We are on the 9th business day, the doctor has received no records!!! This place will compromise you and your babies health! Find somewhere else read more

Worst gynecologist office I've ever experienced. I first went in not knowing I was pregnant, thinking it was PCOS and cramping. After peeing in a cup, they found out I was pregnant and kept mentioning an ectopic pregnancy. Zero hope for my kiddo from the get go. The front desk staff is cold and always has weird violent movies playing. Not the vibe for expecting mothers. The gyno I ended up working with fat shamed me while pregnant and kept saying how I would develop pre eclampsia during my pregnancy. I told them I was moving halfway through my pregnancy and transferring to a midwife and they advised not to. They have a practice based on fear mongering. My baby boy is here, the midwives I transferred to kept saying how healthy I was and how I was doing great in my pregnancy! I was nervous to post this before got here bc of how unsupported I felt at this office. I'm grateful I transferred and want to steer future moms away from this practice, especially during pregnancy. read more

I went here for the first time for a well women's exam and the nurse practitioner Sherry adam did an amazing job. She made me feel so comfortable and help ease my nerves while explaining what was happening. My only complaint is that they had called me in medicine and I did not know what it was or for what reason. I received no call from anyone only through the Healow app. I was confused. When I called the women who answered was rude and did not know what she was talking about and hurried me off the phone when I was still trying to ask questions. When I go back an a year I will make sure to ask for the same nurse practitioner. read more

Sat in a room in a paper town for 37 minutes. I had a 2 pm appointment and hat I took off work for. Upon arriving 15 minutes early I walk up to the door to see a sign that says "we take lunch from 1-2 so please wait in your car til 2" Cool. Wait in the car. At 2 I go in check in get weight and put in a room with the gown. Then proceeded to wait 37 minutes. None came in. I could hear their staff laughing and having a great time . No one checking on their first time patient. After I finally got tired and annoyed that I took a pto to sit in room waiting for nothing , I got up and got dressed to leave. I said I'm actually good I got tired of waiting. The staff was not apologetic AT ALL . I said I wanted to make sure my insurance wasn't charged for an exam I never received the girl said - "I'll just cancel your appt" once again no apology. I was looking into getting my kids I. With their pediatrician but not after this horrible experience. If I had canceled today or had not shown up I would've been charged $50. Yet the doctor couldn't be bothered to go to our appt and what do I get besides a wasted pto day! read more

They were not very friendly and don't communicate clearly. They scheduled an appointment without my knowledge and I was only notified the day before. The first nurse I saw was very kind and friendly but the second nurse I saw just kind of rushed the visit. I went to change my obgyn and signed the medical release, after a week of waiting for them to send it, I called back and they said there was a mistake. I've recently been visiting Pristine and appreciate how thorough the Dr is in explaining care. The front desk staff could be more welcoming and kind though. They just look at you when you enter and ask your DOB straight away. There's also a noticeable wait time of 25-30 minutes, waiting in a room before you are actually seen (even with a scheduled appt). read more

If you're currently pregnant and just found your pregnant DO NOT book appointments here. Yes they may take Texas Children's but i recommend taking a OB from willowbrook hospital instead. This location doesn't answer the phone when you need them to. They also do not care about their patients. Every female here has a nasty attitude and seems to not listen to anyone's concerns. And if you think you can get a work note after being in the hospital for week for a kidney infection, YOU CANT. They make the process hard. (I only gave 1 star because you have to give them at least 1) Worst experience with a professional in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I found this OB/GYN through my insurance provider. Did a lot of research, heard nothing but GREAT things about this doctor. I called their number listed on their website, and was directed to use their website to schedule an appointment. I requested 2 new patient appointments for the same day, and entered all of my insurance information for both patients. I was given a calendar invitation and said that someone would reach out soon to confirm my appointment. That never happened. After waiting for a week, I tried calling the number again, which directed me to their website again. Again, I scheduled both appointments online and was told the same thing. Again, no one reached out. When I attempted to chat with someone, they told me they would look into my request and get back to me. NOTHING!! After waiting over 3 weeks, I finally decided to reach out via chat. The chat started at 10 am, and by 12:30 I still haven't heard ANYTHING!!!!!!! I even tried that specific location's phone number, and it's either a fax machine, or it's been disconnected. I am disgusted that this place calls themselves a business. I was excited because it's difficult to find a black provider who makes you comfortable, but instead just disappointed. It's a sham and you should avoid this place at all costs!!!!! read more

I don't write reviews but I have to speak about my experience because it's unacceptable. I gave 1 star because staff was nice. My first time at pristine i saw great reviews so I chose to come here due to all those great reviews I was seen by Dr O. My appointment was for 3 got there early and was taken to the to the back I waited 10 minutes Dr O walked in at 3:19pm didn't really ask to many questions she rushed through my well woman's exam/pap smear. And when she was done while gathering her laptop and samples she asked if I had any questions I said yes a few I started to ask my first question she interrupted me and stated it's normal I said I was t finished with the question and when I finally finished she stated it's normal and said she will meet me out front. I came out and she wasn't there and the front receptionist said I'm good to go. Literally walked out at 3:28 she spent less then 15minutes with me. I was going to go someplace else until I got call saying my Pap smear results were an normal and I needed colposcopy with biopsy I made my next appointment with Dr O giving it a second try. Took off work again and Went to this appointment and was taken to the back and sitting from waist down unclothed, Dr O didn't walk in it was Dr Ashraf she stated she would ask questions and probably wouldn't need to do the colposcopy. She asked if I had the HPV vaccine I stated I don't think so I don't know what that is. She explained it and then stated would I get the HPV vaccine I said probably not I need more information. She then stated well I'm (assuming) you have HPV and that we don't need to do the colposcopy procedure if I get the vaccine I stated no and I said I prefer for her to do the procedure so I know for sure. And she started to get pushy saying why wouldn't you get it and keep trying to force the HPV vaccine. I said no again and said I came here for the procedure (like do your job and please do not assume on my body) she was like well it will hurt I knew that it was going to hurt I signed paperwork regarding this procedure but she kept saying that as if she didn't want to do her job. After she find did it she was also saying my 16 year needs to get the shots and my husband as well pushing it over and over I finally just said I'll definitely think about it so she would leave it be. I cleaned myself up and left after she was done. I will never go back to this place. I'm still having issues with my body/severe pains because my questions weren't answered and just got my results from them almost a month later. I will be getting a second opinion elsewhere. Took my sister to get a check up and they were unprofessional, waited 1 hour for them to see her, turned out they went to lunch after she was checked in so we were waiting clueless to what was going on, then the results were the hardest thing for them to send to us, first the tried forcing us into another appointment so they can charge our Insurance again instead of sending them online through the portal like they said they would, I literally had to tell them if this was life or death my sister would be In trouble, not only that they changed our appointment like 3 times due to them being booked already, what's the point of having a scheduling app if you're gonna have to recall us to reschedule, I ended up having to go elsewhere since apparently our follow up appointment had to be rescheduled again read more
