The next day we took our 16 yr old Shitz Tzu mutt in. Turnip is 90% blind, 50% deaf, and a cantankerous old man. They immediately took Turnip back and allowed my husband to watch. She did a fantastic job getting all his mats off, bathing, nail trimming, the works. Turnip is acting like a young dog again! He knows he looks good want is showing out!

Dana is great and I can tell that she genuinely cared about my (flea) issue and she told me exactly what to do to get rid of them. I would definitely recommend this place. I drove 40 minutes to get here and I'm so glad I did! UPDATE: After I had my cats groomed, Dana recommended me to buy a certain product (flea pesticide that was safe on animals) from a store near by, and was helpful in getting me directions and everything I needed. (Like I mentioned) What I didn't mention, as it happened after my initial review, is that after spraying the repellent and flea pesticide all over my room and apartment, was I started to have a horrible headache after laying in my room. I looked up the pesticide that she told me to get, which she told me to spay ON MY CAT, and all over my clothes and everything, is that permethrin is extremely toxic to cats. Needless to say, I relocated my cats afterwards and gave them baths. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because thankfully my cats did not die. Once it happened, I called Dana and they seemed shocked to hear it's toxic, because she re assured me it's safe. She said she would call me right back and I never heard from her again. Wouldn't trust these people if I were you.

After reading reviews and searching around, I decided to give Tailwaggers a try for my pups…read moregrooming. She has since been here twice. They were able to squeeze her in for a bath right before the holiday season. I texted for the appointment and they were prompt and polite! Walking into this pet salon is like no other. You're immediately greeted by the welcoming interior and the most courteous, friendly staff. My pup Winter is always so excited when we walk in. The boutique part of the salon has everything you can imagine for furry family members. My pups personal favorites are the gourmet cookies they sell in bulk. When I pick my pup up, she always smells so clean and fresh! She's her friendly self and happy as can be. She's never nervous or hesitant which tells me she's comfortable coming here and is treated well! Thank you Tailwaggers and we will see you again in March.

I'm extremely pleased with Maggie's patience with him, as she made sure he was as comfortable as possible the entire time.
