He pointed out the good and the bad about the gutters, which we appreciated as we bought the house during the winter while there was significant snow on the roof so the home inspector could not do a complete inspection. We wound up asking him to provide a quote on a few extra services that we will be interested in him doing later this summer. A fast, efficient and detailed supervisor named "River" completed the job in less than 3 hours. He introduced himself and guys before starting to confirm the steps of the project. There was Great teamwork from start to finish with removal to clean up as well. No issues or complaints! River answered 2 of my questions before and during the gutter project. They were up for 9 months and with the first major storm the gutters ended up on the roof. They hung them from the roof with straps and never attached them to the facia.
