I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I always have a detail once a year because my car sleeps outside year round but never by this outfit. The interior looks and smells great but not too overpowering of a scent. The cargo area came out much better than i thought, even down to the little metal strips that he polished. Never experienced that. Greater attention to detail than expected. Prices are reasonable and his space is clean and neat. It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows. I gave a 5-star review few years back when they detailed and tined my E92 M3 but today had a Mini Cooper F56 ceramic tinted; let's just say I couldn't be ecstatic with the result. Mike(owner) and Jimmy(GM) both explained to me the detail differences between type of tints and also took the time to compare each tint % on my Mini until I was completely satisfied with how would look before final installation. I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%.
