Mack did a most excellent job on my Jeep and these pixs are from 3days later. He steamed my engine compartment : it sparkles and looks factory new. I always have a detail once a year because my car sleeps outside year round but never by this outfit. The interior looks and smells great but not too overpowering of a scent. The cargo area came out much better than i thought, even down to the little metal strips that he polished. Never experienced that. Greater attention to detail than expected. Prices are reasonable and his space is clean and neat. It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. I've had my car detailed elsewhere and while I was never blown away, I was satisfied that my basically clean car was a bit cleaner. After today's service with Mack, I'll never go anywhere else. My car, while not old, looks brand new and is cleaner than I ever thought it could be. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows. I am coming out of my Yelp review writing retirement for a hard working, enthusiastic, passionate and awesome person named Mack that absolutely deserves attention. Communication, professionalism, service - from the beginning till the end, Mack confirmed my appointment, showed up right on time, confirmed what I wanted done, asked for areas I needed extra attention to, answered my questions and concerns, addressed my needs, told me how long he'll take and when he's completed. He even identified a leak that caused a mold issue and took the extra step to let me know and take care of the mold. He said it'll take him more time now. When I asked how long will it take he said 3-4 hours, this was around 9:30. Mack started at 9AM and finished my car at 2PM, an hour past the 4 hour mark he said would take to complete. This is not a complaint, it's to show the integrity of him as a person and the pride he takes in completing his task. It was a windy chilly day and I felt bad that he was at it for so long without a bathroom break or food. Asked multiple times for him to come in for a breather and something to eat, he politely thanked me and kept on working. I've brought a friend's car to S.A.S. and they did a fantastic job. That car however was brand new with just a little bit of spilled ice cream on the interior. My car is a 14 year old work horse. I use it to haul plants, Christmas trees, and flowers all year round. It hasn't been cleaned for over 5 years so it was a challenge. I selected all of the services to be sure it would all be taken care of. Mack was so honest and told me that some of my services were actually covered under other bundles so he wouldn't charge the extra for those. My car was there all day which I planned for. He even kept it overnight when it seemed too late for me to pick it up. When I picked it up I was stunned. She looked brand new again! The leather was clean, the floors looked like they'd never been stepped on and the exterior shined like a brand new penny. Good Day, my name is Nah. About a week ago I contacted Sabine inquiring about lights restoration and detailed services for my car. Sabine was very informative and responded to my inquiry within minutes. After answering all of my questions she than gave me Macks information who than scheduled my appointment. They were very professional and worked with my schedule in regards to my car drop off. I was given the website in which gave me more information as to the service they provided. Unfortunately due to the weather I had to reschedule my original appointment which also was not a problem. Mack was understanding and again worked with me. On the actual day of my appointment, upon arrival Mack and I discuss my service, checked the car and assured me that my car was in great hands. Car was left. About an hour later I got an update as to how everything was going. I must say I was already pleased. 3 hours later I got a text saying that the car was almost done. I have a classic vehicle that, due to a water leak into the interior, wound up with water damage and excessive mold/mildew. I found Mack through his spectacular reviews. I almost hesitate to write this, because it will make him more popular and harder to book... but I have to do the right thing because he deserves it (I'm sorry I waited a year - but I wanted to see how well it held up).
