I had driven by Blues several times & finally one day I stopped there to get some advice. It's a small place but Rob, Bryan & Jefferson are all very nice guys. I set up an appt & Bryan was able to give me a lift home. I planned on leaving my car there for most of the day. At first I was not going to do my interior bc I thought it looked just fine. I take my car to the car wash every couple of weeks & they always vacuum & wipe down inside. However, quite awhile ago, a bottle of Champagne had exploded while packed in the back compartment of my car. I thoroughly cleaned it up or so I thought! Bryan showed me a picture of the back of my second seats. Needless to say, they did do a magnificent job on the interior too! I didn't take a pic bc I was busy that evening & of course the next day, the pollen had already settled all over the exterior. But they did a great job for a fair price!

But one day I was passing by Hicksville and saw this handwashing location. I decided to give it a try. Now I've been to some very reputable handwash places. Blues is definitely one of them. He takes his time and he cares. So I decided to get my car ceramic coated. I did go ask couple of places but none of them gave me the reassurance I was looking for. Keep in mind you don't want to mess this up since it is a semi permanent product. He took care of my car, all the swirls, took his time. He even did my calipers, exhaust tips, wheels. I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

I always have a detail once a year because my car sleeps outside year round but never by this outfit. The interior looks and smells great but not too overpowering of a scent. The cargo area came out much better than i thought, even down to the little metal strips that he polished. Never experienced that. Greater attention to detail than expected. Prices are reasonable and his space is clean and neat. It's a quick 3min walk from the avenue street he's on, to the main street in Oceanside where there are many places to eat and shop if waiting for your car. I spend the time at the library just a one minute walk off the main street. Will frequent again. Kudos, awesome job!

After today's service with Mack, I'll never go anywhere else. My car, while not old, looks brand new and is cleaner than I ever thought it could be. He took his time with every single detail and it was well worth the wait which he gave an estimated 4-5 hour time frame and pretty much held true to it. You can tell from first meeting him when he goes over your car with you all the way through the final look over when he asks you to be his second pair of eyes if he missed anything that he takes such pride in the work he does and it truly shows.
