I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

AWFUL The guy that…read moreintakes the car has a horrible attitude. No personality what so ever, acts like he doesn't understand conversational English. Plus it's the only car wash I know that you have to tip when you drop it off and again when they dry it. At drop off, they "supposedly" scrub the rims, they call it "Wheel Bright" in the services description. Literally, a couple of slaps with a wet broom and it's done. I paid $10 extra for the grand prix service, which adds a thorough interior cleaning that is supposed to include a protective shine application. There was one guy who worked on the car interior, and he was in there for less than a few minutes. On the way, and after I got home, I realized what horrible job they did on the interior and on my rims. With the cost of the service and the tips, I paid close to $50. for an absolutely AWFUL carwash experience. They used to be better, but now, they are about volume. NEVER EVER AGAIN
