They seemed a little short staffed, which lead to an hour wait when I was only the second car there, but I expected it to take time and the quality was worth it. The gentleman that helped me when I pulled in was very friendly and easy going, his polite demeanor was entirely genuine, which seems rare in any customer based interaction nowadays. I realized I left something important in my car and to my surprise he offered to grab it for me before they pulled it into the wash. The covered outdoor seating area is clean or you can wait inside, they also have drinks and snacks available for purchase while you wait. My only complaint was that when the breeze hit just right, I got a whiff of warm trash. I tend to smell things when others can't and no one else seemed to notice. It wasn't strong enough to make me move my seat but I assumed there was a trash can on the other side of the wall. The quality of my car was well worth the price and the wait, it looks amazing and I will absolutely be bringing it back here anytime I have an hour to pass.

On Sunday morning they arrived early and got right to work. Each took a vehicle & did an outstanding job. What really impressed me was their attention to detail & honesty. Instead of throwing away items they found in the cars, they carefully bagged everything, separating what might be considered trash from items that could still be considered important or worth keeping. The biggest surprise was that they found a nice amount of cash that I didn't even realize I had lost and returned it. That level of integrity is hard to find these days.
