I couldn't see the screen. It couldn't read my credit card. I had to drive up to the attendant to tell him the machine wasn't working, but somehow, he got it to work. Overall wash was okay. Dryer section is still too short. My car was still wet and had lots of water droplets when I drove out of the wash area. I basically just got a water rinse with some suds. I had to wipe off the water spots afterwards. Hence, still 3 stars! I know they can't lengthen the dryer section, but maybe get stronger and better dryers or at least allow the car to stay there longer before moving it forward. Just a thought.

Very similar workings as the car wash, it had different options to use such as flea & tick wash, oatmeal shampoo, conditioner, rinse, a shower water nozzle & a drying hose, although my dog wasn't a fan of it. The wash tub was a great height and even had a ramp up so you don't have to throw out your back picking up a frantic pup. Once done & walking out of the gated wash area, there were several folks who also said it was their first time waiting for their turn to wash their pups. More of these need to be opened instead of the ridiculous amount of drive thru car washes on every corner. The ease & convenience of this wash will definitely bring me and my pup back.

Over the past few days, I stopped by around noon only to find the car wash unexpectedly closed. I tried calling customer service several times to find out what was going on, but I could only reach an AI system that wasn't helpful. When I requested a live representative, I was transferred to voicemail because no one was available. After multiple attempts, I still couldn't get an answer. Even when the location is open, there are often other problems. The microfiber towels that are advertised are frequently unavailable, and the air tools have been out of service on several visits. For a business that charges for a monthly membership, I expect consistent service, working equipment, and accessible customer support. Unfortunately, the repeated closures, lack of customer service, and ongoing equipment issues have made the membership no longer worth it for me.

We just had our new Palisade detailed and waxed at Apple Valley Car Wash, and they did an amazing…read morejob! We usually take our vehicles there for the touchless wash, so we already trusted them, but this was our first full detail. The chrome trim had some pitting and staining when we bought the vehicle, and I honestly wasn't sure it could be restored. I came in for an estimate and they showed me exactly how they could fix the chrome and were able schedule the detail right away. They buffed it all, and it looks brand new again. They also detailed the entire interior and waxed the exterior, and the whole SUV looks incredible. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. While you wait, the lobby is stocked with car care accessories, air fresheners, and plenty of snacks and drinks to browse. The attention to detail really shows, and we're so happy with the results. Highly recommend Apple Valley Car Wash if you're looking for a touchless car wash or a full detail.
