When I tried to contact them, zero communication with management was allowed as they were "too busy", I sent pictures and talked several times with a scheduling rep who told me they were "investigating". He even tried to plead the company as veteran owned, as if that affects the quality of service and customer support (which even more of a joke as I am myself a veteran). The scheduling rep was continually changing what their so called policy is for refunds, even though the only thing on the website is "200% guaranteed" promising a refund. Walls, floors, windows, kitchen, bedrooms were all not cleaned. They said spent two hours on the bathroom and they looked as if maybe an hour total was done of work. Eventually I had to rush and spend more money to clean it myself before the end of my lease. I was told I could maybe receive a partial refund, and then radio silence. Completely joke of a company. Don't give them your business, they'll stiff you.
