When I got there, there was only one girl and she was on the phone while cleaning, leaving only one hand to do the work. It took me a moment to get her attention because she was so in to her personal conversation. I introduced myself and asked where the other girl was, she said said she would be here in an hour. I left and got a text at 2pm they were done. I sent them money via Zelle and checked on the house later. OMG she did a horrible job!!!! I texted Christa and sent over pictures and I get a nasty text back from her telling me that two girls were there 8 hours. Well, I have the text messages and they certainly weren't there for 8 hours and I really doubt there were two girls because I never saw two and if there were two, they did nothing but socialize. Christa never called me, never asked how can I make this right. She just sent a nasty text and wasted my time and money. I now have another company coming out to redo her work I will take her to small claims for my money back. I would NOT use this company. A company is only as good as their leader and clearly Christa has a lot to learn. I would have given her the opportunity to make it right as no business is always perfect. I realize hiccups happen, it's how you handle them that show's people your character and true colors. She's not an ethical person and she proved that loud and clear. Maybe next time, don't send your office manage to do a cleaning and if your that short staffed, don't take the job!!!!
