Bottom line, look for another company, or do it yourself. In this day and age a cleaning crew on a home purchase (move out/in cleaning) should be a thorough job, and cover ALL touchable surfaces including the additional items in a contract (appliances, ceiling fans, cobwebs, dusting, bathrooms, cabinets, and baseboards). These surfaces should be clean to the touch, not sticky like the same rag was used from hour one, to completion of the job hour 16. How can you spend 16 hrs on a 1300 square foot house, are you paid by the hour? I been a maintenance man on 53 units ranging from 450-850 square feet and you can clean and paint the entire unit in 16hrs. This cleaning crew worked for a day, then 1/2 day, said he had another job to go to. Wait, what... then came back 2 days later to finish the job. Since I had the keys to the place, I took it upon myself to help out by sweeping and vacuuming all the floors because they were covered in debris this company didn't feel the need to clean up each day. Yep, it was 4 days total to get 40% of a house cleaned how it should have been. Not being able to move into a house that was supposed to be ready the next day when the owner moved out Is very frustrating since you still have to wait for it to be cleaned correctly. We ended up finishing the work ourselves. Not letting photos post. Bummer, because the difference in dirty clean is nasty.

This spot did not phase Randy though. A Little elbow grease and he got it out. I also like the smell of whatever shampoo product he uses. I typically can't do smells because they give me a headache. However, my home finally smells like my home again!! I actually told Randy that my house smells like "garage" LOL IYKYK the other photos are of a grease stain from my washers motor blowing up. I honestly didn't think that one was going to come out. But Randy did get it out! Friendly, professional, affordable company. I will be using his service for now on. one of my biggest pet peeves when hiring a carpet company is the time they spend on cleaning. A local competitor was in and out of my home in just over an hour the last time I had my carpet cleaned. When they were finished, I thought, "dang that was quick." After it dried, I called the company back to come do it over again. It was terrible. But back to Yavapai Carpet Care...... Randy worked his butt off, took 2 hours to tackle my dirty carpet. Alejandro requested I gut the previous bathroom which I thought might save some money. I did not. His price continued to go up. We scheduled the remodel to occur while I took my wife on vacation. The home is a one bath. He insisted on removing the floor early and that included the toilet so no toilet for 24 hours. But it gets worse. Upon returning from vacation, I find that the toilet has not been seated properly and has leaked onto the floor, requiring a plumber to fix. The thermostat has been rewired incorrectly, requiring an electrician to repair. And the literal exterior wall to the home has been screwed through with 20-30 screws. The list goes on but since a complaint has been dismissed because I needed to repair and use the bathroom before an inspector could arrive, I wanted the next person to be aware. When given the opportunity to correct a soffit vent that he abandoned, he cut and mangled the vent cover, damaged more siding, and scrapped and marked the ceiling. I emailed the inspector shortly after and the next day Alejandro sent someone else to repair his terrible workmanship.
