We had Verde Valley do a couple projects at our house, both were poor quality, but the exterior…read morepaint was especially disastrous. The painters did little to no prep work (scraping, covering, pressure washing, etc.) prior to painting. They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!
