Im a big fat pig. My old belt literally split while i was wearing it on the job. i took the heavy things out of my pockets and stuffed them with paper to try to keep my pants up. But I needed a belt. Im not even that big of a pig in today's society (where do the really big bois get their pants and belts???) but i needed a replacement ASAP. You would think getting a 50" belt would be easy nowadays...but the belts in most stores...maybe go to 42...44...46...maybe...i called Pristine uniforms and the helpful girl on the phone told me "pshht...yeah...we gottem..." So i went in, and immediately found a thick, genuine leather, made in USA leather belt with a basketweave pattern like the CHP wears...for only $21.99. A bargain. I noted they had a bunch of shoes...which i would like to try the next time I need shoes. i was a little weary of going to a store that serves mainly law enforcement, but it was a great store. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I recently purchased 2 class B uniforms from this store. They didn't carry what I needed so they ordered it and after about a week I went in to try them on so they could be altered. They quoted me one business day turnaround on the alterations but when I called the next day they said it would be another day. Oh well, no big deal, but that meant I had to send my wife to pick them up so I wasn't able to try them on. To my relief when I got a chance to try them on the alterations were done correctly. Unfortunately when I got to work the next day and wore the pants for the first time there was a defect in the material on the right leg. It looked like a small ball of material sewn into the thigh. If I cut it off a hole would open up after the first wash guaranteed. Not being the stores fault and the fact that I only wore them for one shift I figured there would be no problem exchanging them for a new pair. When my wife took them to the store the manager said that they would not exchange them because they showed signs of wear. After 1 shift?! That's ridiculous, the pants were still stiff like new uniform pants are. I purposely didn't wash them so they didn't fade or look old. I'm sure they could send them back to the manufacture. But she refused and said they would only give me a 15 percent discount on my next pair. If you decide to shop there make sure you go over your purchases with a fine tooth comb. They apparently don't do returns. read more

A good quality uniform store with just as good customer service. They offer a decent variety of uniforms, boots, and equipment that are commonly used in the area. If they don't have something in stock, they can order it for you most of the time. They also work quickly if you need some uniform work done such as stitching or alterations. The problem is the local academies take up most of the seamstresses time, but if you give them a reasonable amount of time, they'll get it done for you. read more

Great place I first heard of this place from a friend so gave it a shot. And wow what a great store great customer service with all the girls and that shoe shiner they got does great work. The only down fall I wish they had more size in Stock for jumpsuits at lease to have them just to try on and see what size you are. Jumpsuit don't come in sizes by letter they come by number sizes and if you don't know your sizes and order one and get it wrong it's just more waiting but overall great place read more

I went to them a few days ago and the staff is helpful and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars but they had two out of the three items I needed on back order. Hopefully I won't need to wait too long. I've heard good things about this place from fellow co workers. It is the newest uniform store to pop up. I went into the shop on Jan. 6 and purchased three uniform shirts and two pair of pants. They said they would have my order ready in two to two and a half weeks. When I called after three weeks, you guessed it they weren't ready. I called back Feb. 5 and after being told to hold while they looked, after a 15 wait I'm told they only have to sew on the hash marks (one long sleeve shirt) and "They should be ready in a few hours, we will call you when they are done." When I explain how long I have been waiting the girl replies "Sorry" in an I really don't care tone. When I tools her their shop is even worse than Keystone Uniforms all she did was giggle as if I'm a joke to them. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Pitiful Pristine Uniforms, they have zero customer service, flat out lie to their customers paying hundreds of dollars to them, and think of their customers as jokes. I've been coming to this store for about two years now and all of my uniforms have always come out perfect. All of their employees are very helpful and make you feel at home when you walk in the door. Everyone working there supports LEOs and it's nice to go in and have quality products with amazing customer service! Just like other uniform stores that close, they get used to being the only place in town and the service goes down hill fast. If you need something and are depending on them, even with 5 weeks of notice, they will not even have the decency to call and tell you they can not make the time line you told them you need it by. I ordered a class A, expressing how important it was to have by a certain date, giving 5 weeks notice. I called two weeks before and was assured it will be in within a week. On the day I was expecting it I was told they found out a few days prior that it was back ordered. Although they can't control their vendors, they can have the decency to provide customer service to people who on average spend hundreds in one visit. This was my second time going there and second bad experience. My first time was a tailoring nightmare and they require 2 weeks just to put patches on. The only reason they got a second star from me is because the employees are friendly. I get this is a law enforcement owned shop, but depending on "buddies" to keep you in business will not get you far. I went to Keystone in Covina, they had my "back ordered" uniform in stock and will have it ready with all patches in 3 days. That was my first time there and they now have a new customer. Update Went back in there the other day because I needed patches and my department was out. It was deja vu when I was waiting in line and I watched then explaining to an unhappy customer why they screwed up his order and don't have what he needs. Do you want to take a chance on getting uniforms here when you're going to the academy to find out your order was jacked up the week before academy or anything important ? LAPG is heaven sent compared to this place They will never get it. I give them one year until they close the doors. I hear countless stories all the time of people getting the same treatment I did. Customer service is important Pristine, and you aren't in a position anymore to think you're the only shop in town. read more

Alex and his team go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of. From the front desk staff to the seamstress', this is the best uniforms store in the area. Alex himself is very involved in his business, and ensures that his customers are happy and are taken care of. They only alter the inseam of the shirt, everything else (sow lapels, alter arms) is extra. 2 week turn around for what feels like an unaltered shirt. Came in to get a couple new uniforms, the girls working were all very helpful. Although as I was standing around waiting to get my alterations done(two of the girls were busy with others) I couldn't help but notice instead the older women with the lip ring was standing by the door busy flirting with someone rather than help the customers who were waiting. Come to find out that she's the supervisor. The store was clean, girls helpful and only a week until I get my uniforms back. But I can't help to wonder how someone who stands around a busy store ignoring customers earns the title of supervisor. Other than the lack of professionalism and customer service from the so called supervisor, I had a great experience. read more

Some have what I want, but the tailoring is terrible or vice versa. I was glad to find Pristine for their supply and tailoring. I have given Pristine Uniforms several chances to get my uniforms done correctly and they can't seem to get it done. The first time I ordered some uniforms with embroidery and they spelt my name wrong. After three weeks of waiting, I was able to get my uniforms. Months passed by and I ordered more uniforms and after a week of waiting, they put the wrong patches on them. It must be very hard to follow simple written English directions written by there own coworkers. This store has lost my business for good, they can't get anything correct. Several coworkers have had there uniforms messed up too. Don't bother giving them your business...go to LA Police Gear or PNP Uniforms. read more

I went in about 2 weeks ago and although one the employee was very friendly, she did not pay attention to detail when it came to my uniforms. This place made everything more difficult than it needed to be. We ordered uniforms, staff seemed like they were bothered when he was trying to find correct sizes and they had to go get something different because they didn't have what was needed in his size. they ordered class a and b uniforms for him and were told it would be 1-2 weeks to get them in then they would work on the patches. After a month we called and they said everything was on back order, they had no way to tell us how long it would be. A week later we get a call that the order is ready, drive the 35 minutes down there for only one shirt to be there. The staff said they just saw the name on the order and called, they didn't look in the bag to see if it was all there. Once everything finally came in, their machine was broken so they couldn't do his patches. I called every day to check status and staff kept telling me the part they needed to repair the machine was supposed to arrive the day before and it hadn't yet. This went on for a week. We finally got all of his uniforms the day he started, cutting it close especially since we ordered everything over a month ahead, and they don't fit correctly. We will not use them again. read more

My family member and i both have taken uniform shirts here. The return time for the uniforms is insanely long and the employees have an extreme lack of communication and the girls at the front seat are extremely rude and don't be surprised if you get attitude. Do not take your uniforms here for patches or to be altered. I wish i could give no stars. It took a month to get my shirt back from them. They kept promising it by one date and then when i called it wasn't done and it would be another five days.... this cycle went on for about two weeks and finally i had to go in visibly frustrated and explain to them that i needed my gear back. Such a frustrating experience. The time would've been one thing but then just the rudeness..... i am just shocked. read more

I am very pleased with my 1st visit here. Kaylee was great. I was looking for 2 Class A shirts with 18" neck and 37" sleeves. They had them on the shelf. Alterations are free and turnaround time is 4 days. I will NEVER go to Gall's again. read more
