The entire staff at Prive' is so caring and professional. I've been a loyal client since the first day the doors opened and I have always left my appointments relaxed and happy. Brandice and Mallory are incredibly talented, educated injectors and both are perfectionists! I am so glad I never leave there feeling pressured to get extra procedures, or to buy extra products. My absolute favorite aestheticians are Tiffin and Lauren, they are amazing! The experience is just relaxing and perfect each time. Of course, the facility is beautiful. It's always clean and wonderfully maintained. My only complaint would be that I can't get an appointment right away if I need to cancel one. But that's only because the book is always full. I was greeted by my esthetician who started off by asking me my skin concerns, so she could tailor my treatment to them. She has hands of magic Ege it comes to far, head, neck & shoulder massage & she did the most thorough pore extraction I've ever received! These ladies are the most friendly ladies ever! I received a free facial card from an event I did and so when I went to use it, I was expecting them to try to sell me everything in the world. I was wrong! They didn't try to sell one thing! I have been to a few spas for other types of treatments/massages and often feel like they are uppity and look down on you. This one is the exact opposite! Plus, the chemical peel / facial I received was wonderful. They really listened to my concerns and hit target areas. I first heard about Prive when they advertised a facial special. I made the appointment and arrived on time then I was promptly greeted as I arrived. Located upstairs, in the Landsdowne Shopping Center, the office is beautiful and upscale. Prior to my facial Tiffin (the Esthetician) met with me for a one on one consultation. I assume to figure which facial and chemicals would be best for my skin type. Then we were off to the facial. The treatment room was beautiful and relaxing. The facial itself left my skin feeling just like any other, worth every penny that I spent. With that being said, after the tip and discounted rate, I know that there is other places locally who charge much less. With a doctor and nurse on staff, the rate of my facial reflected the price hike because of it. What almost sold me to return again? The Club Privé Membership. After committing to12 months, you can agree to pay $59 per month and you can choose from Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel or Custom Facial each month, as well as 20% off product purchases 2 times per year. When things slow down in my life, I think I will make the 12 month commitment that the membership requires. read more

I feel extremely comfortable when I visit and I feel as if I'm going to see my friends when I go to my appointment.
