The massage was just her rubbing my leg up and down & barely touching my feet. The males in the shop seemed to care about the service they were giving, Rama did not care and left my heels untouched. My sister and I went in and were the first ones in line without an appointment for the day. There were about 6 people in appointments line and about 8 behind us. We were the last ones to be seated. Again, everyone working is nice but you do not get the same service or even close. The lady doing my pedicure didn't do a good job on my cuticles at all. It was almost like they are in a competition to see who can finish first. We got the signature pedicure and were one of the first ones finished after being the last to be seated. This gets old and people get tired of returning to get that service. Technically it should take about 10 minutes to do cuticles when done right and that's minimum. Mine was finished in about 45 seconds on both feet. All the workers stand and wait for a tip after they have run you through like cattle. The way I see it if you cut my service to rush never expect a tip. The owner can give you a tip out the of service money. This is a very convenient place and I have been loyal but someone else may need to open up a salon in this area to complete.

On May 31, I stopped in as a walk-in after breaking a nail over the weekend. I was seated in Chair 10 and asked the technician to soak off the broken nail because it had been cut extremely short. She immediately told me no. When I asked again if she could fix it, she stared at me for several seconds as if my request was unreasonable. She then refused to continue my service altogether, despite the salon being extremely busy. I left the salon in tears with partially drilled-off polish and a layer of acrylic still on my nails. My nails had been cut down but not even filed before I left, so I had to finish filing them myself at home. The following day, June 1, I called to schedule an appointment with one of the technicians I normally see. The employee who answered repeatedly told me they were short-staffed and couldn't get me in. I explained multiple times that I understood and was simply trying to schedule an appointment for a later date. Instead of helping me, he kept asking whether I wanted my nails fixed or not. The conversation became so frustrating that I eventually ended the call and scheduled an appointment at another salon. After being a loyal customer for years, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Being from out of town, I don't have the ability to say that I've gone here several times because I haven't I can only provide information from what I experienced on one visit. My takeaway is to request an experienced nail technicians. The person who provided my services was nervous and did not seem very experienced. I say this, not as a criticism or complaint merely an observation from someone who has had quite a few manicures and pedicures. On the other hand, the person who was doing my friends pedicure was excellent very confident and did a superb job. Unfortunately, the person doing my pedicure kept making mistakes and redoing the polish. This resulted in a very long pedicure. I don't have a problem going to someone who's inexperienced if I am given the option of knowing someone is in training or new and being asked if it's OK if it takes a little bit longer because of it. However, in this situation, I would have preferred a more experienced technician my friend and I were going to the same wedding so we had the same time constraints. Her technician was able to provide her service in a timely manner so I do not believe I am being unreasonable when I say I experienced feelings of an annoyance in how long my pedicure took. Just as I was reaching my threshold of asking for a more experience person, she completed the work. The salon itself is relaxing, and the staff are delightful. Everything was very clean and they had a great selection of polish. No one tried to upsell surfaces neither of us asked to have and even with the delay on my pedicure we were able to continue our day without feeling, rushed prior to the wedding that evening.

I discovered that you can't make any changes to your reservation within 2 hours of the service so I just walked in about 15 minutes past my appointment time and let them know what happened. I showed her a pic of my inspiration and she did her interpretation that came out even better than the original picture. Sophia was very friendly and we chatted throughout my service. The salon is very nice with plenty of table and pedicure bowls for services. They also have a coffee bar and offer a variety of beverages including wine, cocktails and refreshers. I did not partake in any of the beverages and it seemed like a cross contamination risk to have drinks available in a place where nail services are being performed. Others may enjoy this, it's just not for me. The price was a bit more than I normally pay for my nails, but considering the excellent customer service and the ability to execute nails designs, I would come here again when I'm wanting to splurge or for a special occasion.
