Such a hit or miss. Have had an esthetician "scratch" my face during my microderm and I have gotten over 10 done and never had that happen. Wasn't apologetic either. Peggy is awesome! Microderm and dermaplane would be the only treatments I would get done again there. Facials and chemical peel didn't really make an improvement to my skin. Honestly shocked I didnt get a scar. Had a consult with Sarah one week ago.. I called to schedule an appt for March. They called me and said that I have to pay for it by today or the quote she gave me would expire. What the heck?? I told her I would pay for it the day of my app. She said it's "company policy".. I told her that I am not paying for something that I haven't had done.. I was will to pay $3,000 on the day of my appt.. she said it had to be paid by today.. I said to her that she is willing to lose my business and it didn't faze her and said okay..? Gosh they must have people lined up for their services and are fool enough to pay 2 weeks before their appt. day. Well.. not me! This is bad business and now I'm thinking i I dodged a bullet. If you're looking for a spa experience, this isn't it. I was surprised that the treatments & treatment rooms were so NOT relaxing! The aesthetician spends all of ten minutes performing a micro-dermabrasion that starts with a rough wipe down of your face with a really rough wash cloth, followed by the fastest micro-derm I've ever had. I'd be surprised if my entire face was actually touched with the wand... Needless to say, the treatment isn't worth the money. At other med spas, you're treated to a gentle cleansing of your skin, a steam treatment to open the pores, extractions, the dermabrasion, followed by a facial massage, a calming toner, moisturizer & sunscreen. Lastly, the ambiance is completely lacking. There are no soft lights, no soft music, no warm tables/beds to lie on, no robes to change into... It's more like a doctor's office than a spa. So, if you enjoy laying on uncomfortable beds, in your street clothes, under bright lights & 10-minute treatments, you'll love this place. read more

The lasers they use for tattoo removal are incredibly old technology and don't work. I have gone some where else and with one treatment have seen better results than 8 treatments here. Her reply is untrue. I had a excuse to get money back because I moved. It was because of the results. I'm not trying to get into a argument with you. I just don't want anyone else to waste their money. On my last visit your new technician thought it was only my second visit bc of the results. I had two different people do my tattoos and I never met you, until I wanted my money back. There are places with newer technology that guarantee removal in 6 treatments for less money. I did two microdermabrasion treatments at The Center for Anti-Aging and was very pleased with both the experience and my results. It was my first time trying microderm, but I can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. The treatments were thoroughly explained to me beforehand, very relaxing during and I was pleased with how smooth my skin both appeared and felt afterwards. I had been wanting to try Dysport and had heard good things about Dr. Stephens so I was excited to see an ad for a Black Friday special. I clicked on the ad, which directed me to book an appointment on their website. I made an appointment, but there was no prompt to go ahead and pay for it, so I just assumed I would pay the advertised price the day I had the Dysport done. (I also told my friend and she also booked an appointment) The day of our appointments, I called to confirm my time and also the price. The receptionist said we would have to pay full price instead of the special price since they weren't running that special anymore. I explained that I booked it the day I saw the special running but there was nothing that said I needed to call or anything to go pay that day (or else I would have.) She put me on hold, and came back to say there's nothing she could do, she had asked someone else and we would need to pay full price. I cancelled both of our appointments, and they lost 2 new potential regular customers that day. Honestly, they didn't seem to care, however. Very disappointing. read more

I've gotten a chemical peel and a spray tan here and had great experiences with both. The spray tan was a great price and I loved the color I got. The technician that did my chemical peel was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

I purchased a Groupon for Microdermabrasion. I had never had microdermabrasion or any kind of facial peel before. Merritt did an excellent job on microdermabrasion and lunch time peel. Everyone is so nice. The atmosphere is so upbeat and clean! I definitely recommend this place and plan on making many future visits! read more

The person who scheduled my appointment over the phone with Dr. Groves for the wellness weight loss program was extremely helpful.I couldn't wait to meet Dr. Groves and begin my weight loss journey. Once in the office,I filled out all of the necessary paperwork and gave it to the lady behind the desk.The lady asked if I would be interested in the 6 month weight loss plan for $700.She also told me what the $700 included.I told her no thank you and I paid for my visit.I sat in the waiting room and waited for my name to be called.When my name was called I stood up and followed the lady to the back where she took my weight and blood pressure.While she was taking my blood pressure,I noticed a lady with a dog.I was not sure who she was,but I was confused as to why a dog would be in such a clinic.I didn't make a big fuss about it. The lady then took me to a room and conducted an EKG and printed off the results.A few minutes after she left,there was a knock at the door and the door opened.In walked the dog and the lady I saw earlier with the dog.That lady was actually Dr. Groves.Once in the room she asked if the dog could stay.In my mind...the dog was already in the room,so my two cents wouldn't matter.She informed me that if the dog did not stay in the room,that s/he would just scratch the outside of the door.I then said,"well,it can stay".Once she sat down she then made the appointment about her and her weight.She never asked me about my weight loss goal or methods I have used in the past that have worked or didn't work.She prescribed me the appetite suppressant and informed me about my future appointment with her and the nutritionist.Dr. Groves advised me to count calories as a way to help with the weight loss.Unfortunately she never asked me if I know how to count calories of whether or not that method has worked for me.My appointment with her totaled roughly 15-17 minutes.She walked me out to schedule my appointment with the nutritionist and our monthly follow-up visit. Later on that night I received an email in my inbox regarding their Open House.I was a little confused as to why no one in the office provided me with this information while at the office just a few hours prior.I decided to give it a shot since some of the services they were going to talk about seemed interesting.So I called the office the next day to inquire about the Open House.The lady to whom I spoke with informed me that the Open House was the reveal of their name change (Center for Anti-Aging) and that there will be different rooms open explaining many of the procedures they do in the office.When I inquired about one of the procedures,she informed me that that was her room.She also informed me that if I attended the Open House that she would be able to provide me with a mini-consultation and the number of treatments needed.I said,"ok,please put me on the list of attendants."She said,"ok,I have you down." As I was pulling into the parking lot for the Open House,it appeared to be an awesome crowd that showed up.Once at the door,the same lady who did my EKG handed me a stack of information.She did not smile nor did she recognize me.She also did not explain anything... she was almost cold.Something in my head told me to turn around and walk away,but I wanted to give it a chance,especially if I was going to see my weight loss journey through with Dr. Groves.Once in the office,it was chaos and mayhem.There were people just standing and looking very confused.A lady walked up next to me and asked,"do you know where we start?"I said,"no ma'am I don't.I'm just as confused as you are.I'm sorry."And she walked away. With no assistance in sight,I decided to venture off to see what the different rooms had to offer (even though this was my second time there).My first room was the one with the lady that informed me that I could get a mini-consultation.Well,it turns out that she didn't even remember our conversation nor did she provide me with the mini-consultation she promised.She showed me a demonstration,handed me her business card,and I left.I then went to a neighboring room to speak with another lady.She was helpful.She gave me her business card and I left.Not feeling the atmosphere,I decided to leave.On my way out I waved to Dr. Groves and she didn't acknowledge me nor did the employees outside say bye,thanks for coming. Once home,I looked at the informed given out during the Open House and noticed that two days from my initial visit to the office,they were now offering the wellness program for $500.Confused at the price difference,I called the office the next day to inquire about my future cost.The lady informed me that the visit with the nutritionist is an additional $100 and my monthly visit with Dr. Groves is $125.Not ok with the new price tag,I decided to cancel all future appointments. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this office unless you want to be ripped off. I should contact the BBB to obtain a refund. read more
