When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days. He was absolutely pleasant & gave a GREAT price. He called 30 mins prior to arrival We were greeted like royalty, the car was clean inside and out & the wine chilled! and served to us!!!! At the last minute we decided that we wanted to check out the town & w/o hesitation he said ok for pennies more. We arrived on time we were slightly delayed he had no problem with that. I needed to arrange for my 24-year-old daughter to be picked up and taken to the airport at 5:45…read morea.m. My biggest concern was reliability. I wouldn't be able to sleep the night before if I wasn't 100% certain that she would be picked up on time and transported safely to the airport. I found Walsh Airport Services online and saw the average 5-star rating with 23 reviews. The other companies that I found couldn't meet that kind of satisfaction rating. I called and scheduled my daughter's pick up with Tom. The pick-up location can be very difficult to find (off the street, the street is not numbered in sequential order, etc.). So, I gave Tom the details on how to find the place and he said that he would probably just pick her up and drive her himself, to make sure that none of the detailed instructions got lost in relaying them to someone else. We set up a 5:45 a.m. pick up and he said he would probably arrive by 5:40 a.m. (so they could drive away by 5:45 a.m.). I gave him my cell phone number and he said he would text my daughter to let her know when he was close. I left my phone out for her to use to text with him. I also gave him the landline phone number. He was on time, arriving at 5:40 a.m., just as he promised. After my daughter's flight, I asked her how it went. She said that the service was fabulous. Tom treated my daughter like a total VIP. She absolutely LOVED it! So not only was Tom reliable and punctual, but he also delivered fantastic service and made my daughter feel very special (which she is, of course! ) TL;DR: Reliable, Punctual, Superb Customer Service. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
