They did a very nice job of walking me through the inspection and explaining what they found. They were easy to communicate with and provided really good information. At the end of the inspection I was let down though because I discovered a few things their website and package descriptions listed as included in the premium package was not going to be done. I paid more hoping to get these things and am very upset to find out after paying that I would not be getting them. When I contacted the business owner, he apologized but provided no compensation or care for the misleading information. Such a shame.
